We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf throughout the day. The private pool was a favorite gathering spot, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day in the sun.
The rooftop deck was the true highlight, with beautiful views and plenty of space to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, and evening cocktails. The home was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for a memorable beach getaway.
A perfect combination of luxury, convenience, and coastal charm. We would absolutely stay here again.

**Title: The Perfect House for Family & Friends**
This home was absolutely perfect for our large group. With plenty of bedrooms and spacious common areas, everyone had room to spread out while still enjoying time together. It's not always easy to find a beach house that comfortably accommodates a lot of people, but this one exceeded our expectations.
The pool was a huge hit, and the rooftop deck quickly became our favorite gathering spot for morning coffee, afternoon sun, and evening conversations. Being so close to the beach made it easy for everyone to come and go throughout the day.
Whether we were cooking meals together, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying the rooftop views, the house made every moment feel special. If you're traveling with a large family or a group of friends, this home is the perfect place to make lasting memories.

Beautiful Home, Incredible Location
This home was everything we hoped for and more. The location was absolutely perfect for our family - close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and all the charm that makes Beach Haven so special. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for relaxing after long days at the beach. We especially loved the rooftop views and open living space where everyone could gather together. You can tell the owners truly care about creating a memorable experience. We are already planning our return trip next summer.
