This adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) cozy apartment is in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border & is best sized for a couple (or single person)! Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be close to the ocean? Don't like the commercial feel of condo units but like the size and price of a small condo? This is a cozy building with only 4 attached units and NO SHARED amenities or walkways! All units are on the same floor so nobody is above or below you. Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck! Amenities include smart TV, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, ductless A/C, well equipped kitchen, 2 beach badges, lifeguarded wide beach in front of condo, outside private shower, private roof deck area (not shared) & 2 reserved parking spaces. LBI is 18 miles long with pristine beaches. It is rated in the top 20 of best beaches in the USA. Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, tanning, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, sailing, biking, walking, golfing and miniature golfing and shopping, Fabulous restaurants; 1 mile to bird sanctuary; bike lane, close to playground and pickleball.

This is a condo with only 4 units contained in 1 oceanfront building - all on 1 floor so nobody is above or beneath you. Each corner of the building is a separate condo. This 1BR unit faces the beach and beach access is right next to the condo. The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St).

We often get asked about the configuration of the condo units and the roof decks so here is my attempt to explain (but please call or text me if it’s not clear.) Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘main floor deck’ and the main door to each unit is accessed by that deck. There is a another staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by two units but once you get upstairs, there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space and furniture. The pictures shown represent ONLY your section of the roof deck.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely beachfront condo. Unlike some LBI rentals, this one is freshly renovated, very clean and perfectly appointed. The kitchen features sparkling new appliances and has all the amenities you'll need for cooking. The living/dining room is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom is fresh and bright, thanks to a nice skylight. The bedroom offers just enough drawers and closet storage, along with a handy laundry basket. The unit comes with its own storage shed, which has a washer/dryer plus all the beachy things - chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, etc. We loved the super clean outdoor shower. There's an incredible roof deck where we watched the moon rise over the ocean at night and, in the morning, we enjoyed our coffee while watching bunnies hop around in the dunes. It is the perfect place for a great beach week, and we've already rebooked for next year. Highly recommend.

This space is perfect for a getaway to LBI for a single person or a couple. The unit felt brand new, and was super clean. Location was literally on the beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Really can't get a better value on LBI. Whitney was a great host who answered my questions promptly.
