The house and property were great, the location was fabulous. I spent a week of bliss enjoying my grandchildren. The beach was so close. Property manager was very responsive. Thank you!

The location was fabulous- a few steps from the ocean! When we arrived we found the house (and cottage) to be clean and very well equipped. There was adequate space. Our daughter, husband and grandson stayed in the "cottage" and we stayed in house - it worked out perfectly! I have family who live year round in HC and they thought house was fabulous when visited us!
Listing description was accurate, and the owner provided great service. I would recommend this property to anyone!
There are plenty of "things" to do but since we have so much family in HC , we spent most of our time with them

We had a wonderful week at this house. The house was very clean, which is always a concern especially during Covid. Very short walk to a beautiful and quiet beach. Liked the outside space- picnic tables, shady spots to read in Adirondack Chairs. Communicating with the owner was so easy and she was accommodating although we were not wanting of anything.

We are so glad we found this house. For years we rented a similar house in North Beach. Unfortunately the owner we rented from sold her home and the house was torn down. I saw this charming house on VRLBI and knew this house was for use. We loved the character of the cedar shakes and quaintness of an old fashioned beach house. The we started off spectacularly, the beach was gorgeous, house had everything we needed and was close to everything, we were having the best time. Then the storm came Wednesday. The entire island was without power, fortunately, the power came back on with in 24 hours and everything was back to normal on Thursday by noon. Harvey Cedars and LBI had power back before my home in North Jersey. Try going home to no power or wifi with three teenage daughters. We plan to book this house for our family vacation going forward. We loved the place, Tom the property manager was great and booking was easy.

Many generations have come to LBI residents(my grandparents started coming 1940's with my parents). Now I have been coming as a grand parent for the past 5 years. My oldest granddaughter refers to this house as "her house" and the cottage as her "fort." The property is wonderful. So close to the beach and everything else. The house is your classic shore house with all the modern conveniences.

Just spent our 6th summer staying at this wonderful home. We stay for two weeks and it goes by way too quickly. Location on the island works very well for us, we enjoy being on the north end of LBI as it's less busy. The island is only about 8 houses wide here. Everything we need is either with walking distance to Harvey Cedars or just a quick drive away in North Beach, Surf City or Barnegat Light. The house is located on basically a private street that goes to 6 houses on each side, very quiet and relaxing. We are 8 adults and 3 grandchildren under the age of 8 and the short walk to the beach makes everyday so much easier for quick stops back to the house for lunch, bathroom, naps, etc. Lifeguard is right there too. Also lots of beach for fishing and taking long walks. It is a public beach, but the beach is so wide and uncrowded, it feels like a private beach, so we feel like it's just the neighboring families on the beach. All the furniture is comfortable .. beds too! Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal.
Would highly recommend this house!!

We actually started renting this house a couple years ago and saw it on a website before VRLBI existed. Tom, the property managers, reached out and asked if I would post on this site:
We have rented this property for the past four years and we will rent again next summer(and for as long as we are healthy enough and the grandkids keep coming). Our whole family loves this house! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but just a few blocks from a very well-stocked small grocery store, and an equally well-stocked take out café. It’s on the beach block; a very short walk to the ocean on a life-guarded beach. Just across the boulevard, it’s only a block to Kinsey's Cove and the bay. We rent kayaks/stand up water boards every year and paddle around on a nice calm day.
The property layout is perfect for us. My two adult sons and their families stay in the house. We, the grandparents, stay in the cottage and have a "sleep over" with the grandkids in the second bedroom. A fun place to hang out for the grandkids as well as the adults. From picnic tables to cookware to coffee filters, this house is well equipped with everything we needed. With everything on the ground floor, there was plenty of room for the adults to hang out inside and out, while the kids played on their bikes and with their toys. It’s the type of house that everyone can hang out together, but also have their privacy when they want it.
The owners obviously take great care of this house. When we were staying there, they were just a phone call away if we had any problems or questions; always helpful and responsive. We look forward to our stay there next summer.

Seafoam was the perfect house for our yearly summer vacation in LBI. This time during the middle of COVID. We have been coming here for 3 years now. The wide uncrowded beach made it seem like like COVID did not exist. A classic beach house, the home was very well equipped with plenty of modern day touches. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation close to the beach!

We absolutely LOVED staying here. The house was full of character and everyone in our group seemed to find their own favorite spot. So close to the beach which made it very convenient. We were there early in the season so we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. We loved being within walking distance to the ice cream parlour which we frequented many times during the week. Having Neptunes market close by was great if we needed any grocery items. We would absolutely stay here again and the was a great host.

We had a great week at the Sea Foam!! The location is absolutely perfect. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The house was very clean, spacious, and full of charm. We loved learning about its history. Great space for families, we have a small toddler and she felt right at home (proximity to the beach for naps and snacks was key). Tom was especially attentive and made sure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
