The Bayview Condo Complex is a popular premium location with ideal access to the Best of Beach Haven - beautiful guarded beaches, bay, restaurants/bars (steps from Black Whale, Tucker's, Bird & Betty's, Pearl Street Market, Polly's Dock, Buckalew's +++), shopping, Fantasy Island, mini golf and more - park your car once and walk/bike everywhere.
Stunning bay and sunset views from multiple balconies and new dock - my condo oversees Beach Haven and does not have a bay view from its covered balcony - to see the bay, simply exit the condo, turn left down the hallway towards the bay and also enjoy a sunset toast on the brand new condo dock on the ground floor.
The newer sectional sofa with chaise in the living room has a pop-up sleeper (see photos) which creates the ideal cozy environment for watching movies, relaxing or sleeping.
Brand new beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counters, all modern finishes and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful glassware, wine glasses, plates, utensils and cookware. The large contemporary white dining table with modern translucent chairs seats 8, plus 2 Safavieh barstools at the kitchen bar counter.
There are 2 bedrooms: A main suite with a gorgeous Ethan Allen queen bed with a new plush mattress and designer bedding and a private full newly-renovated bathroom with large bathtub. The second bedroom sleeps 2-3 adults or children featuring 2 twin beds and an optional extra folding bedframe with foldable mattress, or the 3rd person can sleep on the large sofa. There is a large hall bath with a walk-in shower and a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer.
This condo is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The condo is on the 3rd floor so there is no one above you.
Each window has blinds, plus room darkening curtains for complete privacy and comfort.
There is one assigned parking space and ample additional guest spots. Use the shared outside enclosed hot water shower after the beach, plus multiple hoses on the property for rinsing off. Perfect for a family or couple's perfect retreat.
The condo is accessible via outdoor stairs to a private entrance on the 3rd floor. Bring your bikes for a carefree week of no driving! Or ask about inexpensive rental/usage of the owner's bikes. Also AJ's Bike Rentals is located two blocks away next to Pearl Street Market, 609-492-2626.
Paddle board and kayak launch on site for your use. Enjoy paddle boarding tours just steps away! Boat slip rental may be available for an additional charge from condo neighbors - inquire with owner.
Included: quality bedding for all beds, pillows, blankets, bathing towels, beach towels (all items used must be washed by the guest before checkout; laundry detergent is provided). New beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, books, games and 4 beach badges are included! Also included is laundry detergent and Bounce sheets, hand soap, Dawn soap, dishwasher detergent - just bring your clothing and food and you are all set.
