Your LBI vacation paradise awaits! The Arlington Beach Club is a 3 year old complex featuring all of the amenities you could ask for in an LBI vacation rental.
This unit is located just 1 block from the beach in beautiful Ship Bottom. This family friendly complex is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the activities LBI has to offer.
Access both on and off the island is quick and easy. Centrally located, this unit is within walking distance to many local restaurants, Wawa, shopping, mini golf, CVS, and urgent care walk-in clinic. This first floor unit (second floor of building) is light and bright, and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and has central AC.
Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Peninsula has 4 stools. Dining table seats 6. Pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, mugs, plates, utensils are all included.
Family Room: Large common space houses a sectional sofa, a large smart TV and fireplace. Sliding glass doors allow access to the private deck that spans the entire length of the unit. Murphy bed is conveniently located in the white cabinet and has a queen size memory foam mattress for additional guests.
Main Bedroom: King size bed with en suite bath. Large TV and dresser. Main bedroom has direct access to the private deck through sliding glass doors.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed and smart TV.
Third Bedroom: Full size bunk beds.
An onsite washer/dryer offers convenience.
This unit offers 1 designated parking spot as well as a visitor spot. A huge private storage unit 10'x15' is on the ground floor and offers convenient access to your bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach umbrellas. 6 pool passes are provided, as well as 6 beach badges (children 12 and under are free).
Common area amenities includes a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, Weber gas grills, picnic tables/benches, and adirondack chairs.
Pool and Jacuzzi are open Memorial Day through the end of September.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
Linens and towels are *NOT* included. The unit will be cleaned between renters. Vacuum cleaner and some cleaning products are available for your use.
Friday to Friday rentals; minimum one week rental. A $500 security deposit is required upon booking (fully refundable within 30 days of departure date provided no damage to the unit or contents is reported). The security deposit is separate from the rental fee. 50% of the rental fee is required to lock in your reservation with the full balance due within 45 days of the reservation date.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
$500 Security Deposit due upon booking to lock in dates. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
