It looks as good in person as it does in these pictures. Available weekly with a Sunday changeover. In the off-season (October-May) we rent with 3 night minimums. Price includes a changeover cleaning. We are the 10th house from the beach on the corner of Beach Avenue and 23rd Street, just 15 blocks from Fantasy Island! This gorgeous home has amazing ocean and bay views with a rooftop deck that is 3 stories above the street for the best sunrises and sunsets. An elevator from the ground floor to the first and second levels make it easy to move around!
The ground floor has ample storage space for all your beach stuff as well as bikes, beach toys and outdoor games like cornhole. The ground floor accommodates 2 cars in the garage as well as a stackable washer/dryer and second refrigerator. Take the elevator or stairs from the garage to the first floor where you will find four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a family room and laundry room. The perfect house for large families, this level alone can accommodate 12 people comfortably.
The first bedroom on this floor is a Junior Suite with en-suite bathroom (including 2 sinks and shower). King sized bed, dresser, Smart TV and ample storage make this a perfect enclave for your guests.
The second bedroom is a bunk room with one twin bunkbed (twin over twin) plus a twin trundle and pull out sleeper chair (with twin sized mattress). A total of four twin mattresses, books, games, a Smart TV and FUN await the littlest travelers in your party. There is also a pack n play in the closet of the bunkroom.
Outside the bunk room is a full bathroom accessible from the hallway with tub/shower combo.
The third bedroom on this floor is comfortable and beachy with a King sized bed, dresser, Smart TV and storage for two comfortably.
The fourth bedroom on this floor includes a Queen sized bed, dresser, Smart TV and closet space to round out the well appointed bedrooms on this floor.
Between the third and fourth bedrooms is a shared bathroom accessible from the hallway with two sinks and a shower.
All bedrooms contain high end mattresses with plenty of pillows for a restful night sleep after a fun-filled day at the beach!
The first floor family room is the spot for hanging out and having fun! Whether it’s playing the arcade system, playing games or watching TV, you’re sure to find it relaxing! There is also a comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa and room darkening blinds for those resting their head in the family room.
Moving upstairs to the second floor by elevator or stairs, you will find beautiful, vaulted ceilings with all the natural light you could want! This floor is the perfect space for entertaining all your guests in the well stocked kitchen, gorgeous living room with fireplace and inviting dining room.
The crisp, modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a quick meal or family feast! Wood cabinets and granite counter tops with plenty of space compliment the white refrigerator, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher beautifully. Blender, toaster, toaster oven, slow cooker, griddle and other small appliances and utensils make this kitchen easy to use for everyone.
The living room is anchored by an amazing fireplace and 55 inch Smart TV. A comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa gives extra space for overnight guests in the living room.
Next to the kitchen and living room is a spacious dining room with large family table and plenty of windows to catch a view of the ocean.
Walk out on to the covered front porch from the slider door in either the living room or dining room to find one of the best sunrise views on the island! Glance down 23rd street to the ocean and Spray Beach Hotel with outdoor bar, Drift. Another dining space, this outdoor table will become your favorite place to share a meal with your loved ones.
Make your way from the kitchen/living room area to the well appointed wine bar with everything you need to make a craft cocktail or enjoy a glass of wine. There is a half bathroom next to the wine bar for guests to use while enjoying this floor.
Finally, retreat to the comfortable and cozy Master bedroom with a King sized bed, dresser, desk, Smart TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom (including 2 sinks and shower).
Take the last few stairs up from the second floor to the rooftop deck and the million dollar views! A clear view of the ocean, bay and 4th of July fireworks, this rooftop deck will be your favorite place to hang out! Swivel chair seating and a gas firepit will make this the place you’ll want to spend all your evenings, taking in the sunset over the bay with a glass of wine in your hand and the firepit roaring.
If the inside of this gorgeous, brand new house hasn’t already knocked your socks off, wait until you see the backyard! The stunning in-ground, heated, saltwater pool and spa will be the highlight of outdoor entertainment for your whole family! The backyard is nothing short of awesome with everything you could need for a day of fun in the sun! The options are endless with space like this. A built-in bar, Kegerator, chaise lounge chairs, outdoor seating and toys like life-sized Connect 4 will have your whole family saying “can we stay for longer?”
To rinse off the salt and sand from the beach there are two outdoor showers in the backyard as well.
Location, location, LOCATION! Watch the foot and bike traffic on Beach Avenue, walk to the beach without crossing busy Long Beach Blvd, catch sunsets on the bay with a quick walk down the street, bike the 15 short blocks to Bay Village and Fantasy Island, the options are endless! You are close enough to everything fun for it to be convenient but far enough for some peace and quiet on one of the most quaint blocks in LBI!
You are close to some of the best food and ice cream on the island. Just one short block from Beach Haven Fishery, 2 blocks from Dockside Diner, 3 blocks from Isola Italian Trattoria, 4 blocks to Spray Beach Bagel and just a few more to favorites like Kohr Brother’s custard, The Gables, Barry’s Do Me A Flavor, The Chicken or The Egg and Uncle Will’s. You’re also less than a mile from Wawa, rides, arcade and mini golf. Everything you need to truly enjoy your time “down the shore.” 10 Beach Badges are included with the rental so you can experience all that LBI has to offer!
