THE HOUSE
Park your vehicles safely on driveway or on the street. Keypad on the side of home or up the stairs to the front porch will grant you access inside.
The first floor includes a family game suite with a Ping Pong Table, Sectional Sofa, 65" Smart TV for all of your streaming Apps, Drink fridge, 2 Arcade Games (PacMan and NBA), and a Card/Game table for family game nights.
The main floor includes a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining set. There are two porches to enjoy on the main floor - one with a seating area overlooking the basketball courts & playground at the neighboring school and the nearby Fantasy Island, and the other with a dining table & chairs overlooking the pool. A king size bedroom is also on the main floor with a Smart TV as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a single vanity and tile shower.
The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms, including the primary suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity & shower, and private porch with hanging chairs and daybed, a queen bedroom with a private porch with hanging chairs and daybed, a bunk room with two full-over-full bunks, and another bunk room with one full-over-full bunk. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Memory Foam Mattress for a good nights sleep.
Outside, the fun continues with a heated Salt Water Pool, Gas Grill, 3 Lounge Chairs, additional foldable chairs, and two outdoor showers, perfect for creating fun memories.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Fantastic week!
We had an amazing week at Megan’s house! We were a group of college ladies with our teenage children. The location was perfect! The teens walked everywhere and the moms were able to relax on the beach and on the roof deck without worrying about driving anywhere!
I parked my car on friday and one week later drove home.
The house had a terrific basement for the kids with a ping-pong table and game room. The pool kept them all entertained and the decks were the mom favorites!!
Megan was an incredible host, extremely organized and very responsive!
I highly recommend this house for anyone, especially groups with teens!

Heaven house
We loved the location and everything this house offered! Once the car was parked there was no need for it again! Every place was walkable, Plenty of room for us and more than enough beds!! The rooftop deck had great views of both the beach and bay. And the games in the garage provided things to do for the teens (all of us really)! The pool would have been great but the weekend was a little chilly for it

Haven House
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haven House! The home was perfect in size for our group with plenty of space to accommodate our guests! The pool was a lovely addition! Everything was in walking distance, making it very convenient. We look forward to renting here again for years to come!

Highly recommend!!
My family loved our stay in this beautiful new home. This house has an amazing location -- it's literally a one-minute walk to Fantasy Islands while being two blocks to the beach. The location is also perfect as it is two minutes to Thundering Surf waterpark, mini-golf, Bay Village, and right across the street from a playground & basketball courts. So much to do for families all outside the front door. The house itself was great -- plenty of space for our large group (two families staying together) and activities within the house like the pool, ping-pong table, and arcade games. Lots to do for all the kids, outside and inside the property, and we hope to come back next year.

Great Place
What a house!! The location is PERFECT. a three-minute walk to the beach, and only footsteps away from Fantasy Island, which the little ones absolutely LOVED. House clean, neat, and comfortable for our family and friends. pool is also nice to have, as we typically did the beach in the morning, showered up and lunch, and then hung by the pool for the afternoon before going to dinner nearby at Village Bay and visiting fantasy island at night. Lots to do and all very convenient, location cannot be beat. Was great working with owner as well. Highly highly recommend!!!

Perfect location and great house!
My family loves spending a week the Jersey Shore and LBI in particular, but this was a standout home that we hope to return to next year. The location could not be more ideal. You are right next to fantasy island along with all of the nearby restaurants, shops, and other activities (mini-golf, waterpark, two blocks from beach). It just made everything so convenient for me and the family. I don't think we drove the car once all week - everything the adults and kids needed was a short walk away. The house itself was also beautiful and spacious, especially with the outdoor spaces (four balconies plus a large rooftop, nice backyard with pool and lounging space) and a downstairs hang-out area where the kids could play ping-pong and arcade games by themselves. Would definitely stay again!
