One assigned parking spot, with extra street parking options available. Four beach badges (12+), four beach cruiser bikes, six beach chairs, and an umbrella are available – your beach days are set! Plus, tennis and pickleball rackets/balls for some friendly competition.
Enjoy the convenience of bike racks, a paddle board/kayak launch for water access, and a refreshing shared outdoor shower, all within the condo complex.
No smoking, no pets, and a family-friendly atmosphere with age restrictions to ensure a peaceful escape.

50% refund if canceled at least 21 days before arrival
Four beach badges are provided - if a badge is lost, the price of a seasonal badge will be deducted from the security deposit.
No pets. No smoking of any kind. No parties or events. The tenant will bring bathroom towels, beach towels, and linens for all beds, pillows and quilts are provided. Please do not remove the mattress and pillow covers.

Perfect Location, Thoughtful Amenities, Great Stay!
This was my first time renting a property directly from an owner, and the entire experience was wonderful. Marie was incredibly gracious, responsive, and accommodating throughout the process.
Although our weekend was largely washed out by rain, we still had an amazing time. Upon arrival, we found that the condo exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, and the modern amenities, along with the thoughtful personal touches, made it feel truly luxurious. From the rain showerheads and lemongrass-scented liquid hand soap to the well-appointed, modern kitchenware, every detail was carefully considered. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and my daughter absolutely loved the queen-size bunk bed, declaring it both spacious and cozy.
You simply can’t beat the location. The condo sits right on the bay, and we were fortunate to enjoy some gorgeous sunsets when the weather finally cleared. It is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, the main boulevard, and the beach. We were able to easily walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, bike rentals, and miniature golf. Just a little farther down the road is Bay Village, where my daughter and her friends rode their bikes almost every day. The complimentary bikes were a wonderful convenience for me. While they were a bit too large for my young teens, the nearby bike rental shop made it easy to find appropriately sized bikes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Marie was a fantastic host, and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and beautifully maintained place to stay.

Loved this property!
As they say—it’s Location, Location, Location! This place had it all. We rolled out of bed to go to the Chicken or the Egg, back for swim stuff, an easy walk to the beach, back home to shower, and then off to dinner and over to Fantasy Island or the Bay Village. We didn’t need our car at all! The condo was clean and modern, and great value. Very peaceful, considering it was so close to everything else. We’ll be back!

Great Family Trip!
We loved this condo! It was so convenient to the restaurants and fantasy island. It was clean, well kept, fully stocked, and updated. The reserved parking gave us piece of mind to adventure all around the island. We also loved the balcony. We will be back!

Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable
This condo was exactly as described in the listing. The property was very clean and welcoming. The location was ideal - with so many attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The kitchen had everything and more to cook a meal. The owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with. We will be back next summer!
