The great-room floor plan features 12’ ceilings and windows on three sides, including more than 20 large clerestory windows. East-facing French doors invite you out onto the comfortably furnished covered deck. The gas barbeque grill is conveniently located on the ground-level patio just off the deck, along with some additional dining & lounging furniture. Back indoors, this property’s spacious kitchen is full of amenities, a double oven, and a large working island with stainless steel sink and built-in drain boards; “socializing” stools keep in-kitchen traffic at a minimum. A wine refrigerator complements offerings that include a host of small appliances, kitchen gadgets, and even a selection of fun recipe books! This home’s primary suite features a comfortable king size bed; the sunlit, glass block walk-in master shower features body jets and a separate hand-held spray head… a most refreshing way to brighten your morning! An oversized whirlpool-style tub is the perfect place for your relaxing soak after a day at the beach, out on the boat, or in the kayak. A breezy deck off the master suite offers fabulous views in all directions. For a quiet breakfast or an evening respite, this is a great spot to escape & relax! Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
