Welcome to your own private waterfront oasis! This stunning newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom rancher boasts custom finishes throughout and is perfect for those looking for a relaxing getaway.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting and open living space that seamlessly blends the indoors with the outdoors. The large windows and glass doors provide breathtaking water views and ample natural light.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, custom cabinetry, a pot filler, wine fridge and all the utensils you need to whip up a delicious meal. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or outside on the expansive deck while taking in the serene bay views. Coffee and Drip coffee maker are provided for your use. Breakfast is not provided.
The back living room area looks out over the water and has plenty of natural light! It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. It will also include a queen pull-out couch to sleep some of your guests.
Each of the three bedrooms is elegantly appointed with comfortable beds ensuring a restful night's sleep. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a full/full bunkbed with a pullout trundle. The two modern bathrooms are stylishly designed and feature high-end fixtures and amenities. One features a bathtub and the other a custom shower.
Outside, you can soak up the sun on the deck, take a refreshing dip in the bay, or launch your boat from your own private dock. You'll have easy access to some of the best fishing and water sports that the area has to offer. A kayak and stand-up paddleboard are provided for your use. Any and all use of the amenities (access to swimming, bicycle, kayaks, and paddleboard) will be at the guest(s) own risk. It is assumed that they will be used properly and safely (and carefully, as if they were a tenant’s own property).
We are not responsible for any accidents that occur or happen in, on, or near the water or on the premises. Life jackets are provided (3 adult sized medium, 1 infant). There are no lifeguards on duty at any time. Be safe and never swim or use the amenities alone.
Located just a short drive from town, you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. But with everything this property has to offer, you may never want to leave! In case you do, 2 bikes, 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs are provided for you! It’s about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach!
Access to the TV includes Roku sticks in each of the 3 bedrooms and living room (set to guest mode, so you can use your own logins) YouTube TV is also included on all Roku's for access to live TV.
A grill is provided for use. Please replace cover once cooled down after use as to protect it from the elements. Please use foil and clean after using. Grilling utensils are in the drawer in the kitchen located under the coffee machine.
You will have access to both driveways with ample space to park your cars or boat. There’s also a one car garage to protect your vehicles from the elements.

Policies
No Smoking in or on the Property
CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful vacation house
Awesome house for our family trip! Tyler was extremely helpful and accommodating, he made the rental process a breeze. The house was super cute, very clean, and had everything that you could need. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home!
We have rented vacation homes for the past 20 years but we have never stayed in such a well-appointed home. Everything you can think of and then some is provided. The basics you hope for such as high-quality linens, towels, and beach badges are provided. But Tyler goes above and beyond with a stock tank, water toys, a fully stocked kitchen with seasonings and very sharp knives, enough large and small garbage bags to last our 2 week stay, and even knitted blankets on the couches. We spent many hours on the kayak and paddle board. The dock is well-maintained, and the location is quite peaceful. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom and all appliances are high end, including the dual zone wine frig. All you need to provide is food which is easily found at the local and quite impressive Shop Rite. Tyler is a very responsive and considerate landlord. We will definitely be back!
