An absolute must stay!
This house was the perfect get away! Incredibly clean and well kept home with all the bells and whistles you could think of and more. With the sheer size and beauty of this house alone, it was a no brainer for us to stay here! Gary was incredibly responsive to all questions and helped us take full advantage of our stay there. From the kayaks, paddle boat, crab traps, fishing gear, slushy machine, and full arsenal of beach equipment, it truly had everything we needed. Will 100% be staying here again next season and maybe even once more this year before the cold weather hits. Great restaurants in walking distance, and near the town for grocery stores was a great convenience.

Awesome
Such an awesome home. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Gary is great. Very responsive and is beyond generous with providing items (grill, fishing, paddle boats, etc). Such a cool location and close enough to the main stuff near the beach. Would definitely recommend and would return. Thanks Gary!!

BEST Weekend Ever !
This was one of the best vacation homes I have ever stayed in. Gary the host is so kind and responsive and gives access to everything this home has to offer, which is way more than we expected! We stayed the weekend and were a large group of 16. The house is beautiful and is so spacious, with more than enough sleeping room for all, and never once felt crowded. The deck was was our favorite place to BBQ and hang out. I would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely be staying here again in the future !

Great Relaxing Vacation
Stayed here towards the end of the summer. Very nice house, great furniture and bedding. Plenty of space. Quiet yet beautiful location on the lagoon. Few minutes outside of LBI. Good food nearby as well! Owners very accomodating.

GREAT WEEKEND WITH FRIENDS
Gary was the kindest Owner of any house I have ever stayed at! He gave us full access to the house which included fishing poles, a hot dog machine, a slushy machine, private Deck and Dock Access. The house was extremely clean, extremely spacious, and a very fun time. If I ever return to LBI with friends or family I will check to see if this house is available. The only downside to this property was that the fish are very smart and wouldn't bite (but that is probably because I am not very good at fishing). I cannot recommend this house enough! Thank you Gary!

Awesome weekend
My experience was nothing but spectacular. The house was more than myself and my friends could have imagined. The owner was nothing but courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a perfect weekend near LBI.

Big blue house must stay
The week of September 8th, myself along with friends stayed at this property. We were amazed when we first walked in. Spacious rooms, clean, and modern. A beautiful bar area new granite counters, along with plenty of bedrooms. Whether staying for the weekend or week this is a must stay for any renter in the lbi area. Will be back in 2024

Amazing home!
This house has it all! A group of friends went down for a ladies weekend and never felt the need to leave the house! The house is spacious, clean, has every amenity you can think of, with the added bonus of being conveniently located on the bay. The owners were extremely gracious and accommodating. We have already planned our ladies weekend for 2024 and are looking forward to it! Highly recommend.

This house is huge!!!
This place is amazing and bigger than I thought! The house is clean, decorated beautifully and very spacious. I came with my husband and 5 kids, along with my friend, her husband and 4 kids. There was more than enough room for everyone. Us adults especially loved that slushy machine when the kids went to bed! The kids had a blast fishing, crabbing and on those paddle boards. Will definitely be renting this place again. The owners were great to work with and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Thank you again!!!

Amazing Vacation Home
Terrific vacation home! This home is even better than pictured with plenty of room for the entire family. We have teenagers who loved having their own space in the lower-level apartment. My favorite spot in the house was the deck off of the master bedroom, with great views of the bay to enjoy your morning coffee. Fully stocked kitchen but having restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t do much cooking. You can see the causeway from the house, easy to get to the beach but no need to fight the crowds at LBI if you like peace and quiet. Will be renting again for sure!
