Room for 2 families or extended family in this 5 bed, 2 bath OCEANSIDE home in the wonderful Haven Beach area. First floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other has twin bunk beds. Open floor plan with kitchen/living room, gas fireplace, flat screen tv, sectional sofa and dining table. Deck off the kitchen with outdoor seating. Upstairs is master bedroom with king bed, sofa and flat screen tv. 4th bedroom has queen bed. 5th large bedroom with queen, 2 twins and flat screen tv. All new furnishings! First floor laundry. Central A/C and ceiling fans. Large yard with gas grill, perfect for lounging and dining. Cable and WiFi. 8 Beach badges, 8 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella and cooler all provided. Fully stocked home with all you could need! Cornhole board, firepit for chilly nights! Steps to the ocean. NO linens, pillows or towels provided! About a mile to heart of Beach Haven, short walk to Wawa and many great LBI restaurants! Outdoor shower and off street parking!

Amazing house , host , and location !
This house was so spacious (we had 10 people including kids ), plenty of private bedrooms , full of amenities for the kitchen / beach (an awesome cool cabana tent for the beach , sturdy quality beach chairs, beach wagons etc). The location to beach was perfect and an easy walk , and the beach itself was perfect and spacious . The backyard was so beautiful with plenty of seating areas to spread out and hang. The house was immaculate and kitchen fully stocked with pots pans etc . Lucy as a host was beyond helpful, responsive , and answered any questions before and during the visit - she was an amazing communicative host ! Check in and out was very easy and seamless . Perfect location overall close drive to fantasy island / bay village and so much to do . We can not say enough good things and had the best stay ever!

Great Family Vacation!
Lucy was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 young kids. The house offered both close proximity to the beach and a private pool which was ideal for us. The bedroom layout was perfect and we all slept comfortably. Lucy was easy to communicate with and everything went smooth. A very clean and updated home!

This was our 2nd year my family has rented this house and we are already looking forward to next summer . The house is clean, the pool is wonderful, kitchen is fully stocked and fresh flowers are waiting for you upon your check in. Excellent Vacation Rental
Can't say enough about this house. Perfect for our multi-generational family. The house was like new, tons of amenities, excellent location, and a pool to top it off. Plenty of beach supplies in the shed (chairs, buggy, cabana, cooler). Kitchen was fully supplied, spacious fridge, plenty of room for storage as well (traveling with kids requires tons of snacks).
After a day at the beach we retreated to the pool and hottub, extending our already fantastic days.
Lucy was a fantastic host! Great communication throughout the rental process; from booking to check in and check out. We've been coming to LBI for years, this rental takes the cake. We'll be booking again for sure!

Beautiful home, great location
This house had everything! Newly renovated, well-stocked, great yard with beautiful pool located just 8 houses from a lifeguarded beach.
We've rented in Surf City previously but this part of the island had more to offer; close to great restaurants, ACME and Fantasy Island Amusement Park.
We loved it so much we are planning to return here in Sept.!

Loved this place!
The two Kelly Families had a wonderful week relaxing at this clean, comfy and cute beach house. The pool and spa was glorious and now we can never stay in LBI without one. Thank you, Lucy! We'll be back!

Absolutely perfect
I almost don't want to give this review because selfishly we'd like to guarantee availability for us each summer! We loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property. Lucy was super easy to deal with and super helpful, the location is perfect (if you are concerned about noise from Nardi's the weekends can be a little loud but it was no issue at all, the house is updated, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, the back yard is incredible and when we weren't on the beach we were poolside, even spending an entire day there when it was a little too hot on the beach. Plenty of beach badges, chairs, umbrella, and larger cooler included.
My family has been going to LBI since I was a child, my parents owned a home in North Beach for 30 years, and we spent most of our time north part of the Island. Before they owned we rented as well - and I can say that this part of the Island is fantastic. Kids can bike just about anywhere, grocery store 1 mile in either direction, minutes from Bay Village, and the beach is large and not at all crowded.
A fantastic option if you are considering renting.

Great Holiday Week!
Our extended family spent a wonderful week at the house on Nevada. We had babies, middle schoolers and college students and everyone had a great time! Convenient to everything with a big, bug-free beach and an easy beach ramp. The backyard was where we spent all of our time whether by the fire pit, in the pool and hot tub or on the deck with a table big enough for our big family! Nardi’s across the street can be loud on some nights but it didn’t bother us at all and the adults enjoyed the happy hour entertainment most nights before dinner! Sunday night was the best. Lucy was an awesome host and super responsive when we needed her. Would definitely go back if schedules allow!
