Enjoy our newly renovated 3 bedroom house with amazing unobstructed bay views from both the upstairs and downstairs decks!! Our home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach on a quiet street with a traffic light at the cross street to get to the beach! Safe and easy for kids!! Our home is newly renovated and furnished and has never been rented! Clean and open with lots of sunlight!! Enjoy a day at the beach and then settle into evening watching the sunset from the deck.
We are 1 mile or a short 15 minute walk to the Acme (the grocery store on the island) and we are a 5 minute car ride to Beach Haven which has many shops and restaurants along with Fantasy Island-an amusement park! A great option for the kids on a cloudy day or when you need a break from the beach. Our house is equipped with wi-fi and 2 wall mounted TVs.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Location, perfect house, perfect vacation
We loved this house! The location is perfect, we watched the sunset on the bay every night, the walk to the beach took 5 mins, you can see the beach entrance from the front steps of the house.
The kids walked to Skipper Dipper every night, and we were a short drive to fantasy island!
We loved that we didn’t have anyone above/below us so while our kids rain up and down the steps I didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone.
The house is equipped with everything needed to make family dinners, the grill was perfect for making steak, burgers and hot dogs!
We will absolutely rent here again! We had a wonderful time!!
