NO PETS, NO UNDER 30 GROUPS. Copy of drivers license required at time of booking. Available for weekly rentals with a Saturday changeover. Maximum 6 guests.
Renovated end unit townhome in the desirable Ocean Club. One block from the beach. Located on the ocean side of the Boulevard so there is no need to cross the busy street to get to beach. Multilevel reverse living layout. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms are separated for maximum privacy. Master bedroom has California King size bed and 42 inch smart TV with cable. The second bedroom has two full size beds and a 32 inch Roku tv for streaming. The living room includes a full size pullout bed and 65 inch smart TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, stainless appliances. Spacious balcony off the living room on the third floor features lounge style furniture, retractable awning, and an electric BBQ.
2 off street parking spaces , maximum occupancy 6 guests. Renters must abide by condo rules. 6 Beach badges, 4 beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, umbrella and cooler with wheels provided. NO linens or towels provided. Pillows and quilts provided. Will provide bed sheets for California King bed only. Five minute walk to Bayview Park with bay beach, playground, kayak, sup rentals and summer free concerts and events. ** Summer rentals are Saturday 4pm check-in to Saturday 10am check-out. ** $500 refundable security deposit required
Beach badges must be left in the house upon checkout. No glitter of any kind allowed . Please be respectful of property and neighbors.
**HOA property rules must be followed. Any pool closures are out of owner’s control as HOA is responsible.***

NO Pets or animals of any kind
Cancellations will only receive a refund if made 90 days or more prior to check in date. Cancellations made less than 90 days out forfeit deposit.
INSURANCE - We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
HURRICANES & TROPICAL STORMS - There are NO REFUNDS for hurricanes, tropical storms, or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered (optional travel insurance is offered for Renters protection or Renter may obtain through a third party. RENTER ASSUMES THE RISK).
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Leave it as you found. If anything is broken or missing upon check in, please let us know immediately.

Wonderful Beach Vacation!
We had an amazing vacation at this home! We made wonderful memories here that will stay with us forever. The house exceeded our expectations, was super clean and updated. It’s close to the beach and beautiful sunsets by the Bay. It was everything you wanted for an LBI vacation. The owner was always available, very helpful, and accommodating. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

A Beautiful Vacation Home
We have been vacationing on LBI for 26 years. We have enjoyed the Ocean Club for about 20 of those years. Karen’s vacation home was, by far, the most well-equipped and beautifully appointed vacation home in which we have stayed. Not only does it have absolutely anything you would ever need while visiting LBI, it is an amazing “home away from home!” It is located a half a block to the beach and has an awesome inground pool. Our 1st Stay here
My family and I were very happy with this spot! Ultra clean and newly updated. Super easy going to and from the beach. Parking was nice. Quiet community with a decent pool in the center. The owner was friendly and easy to deal with. Everything went according to plan and we’re considering to do this again next summer!

Beautiful Condo Close to the Beach
This is the second year we stayed at this townhouse. It is a very short walk to the beach and we also enjoy the pool. The interior is updated and well supplied with everything you need! Karen is great to rent from and quickly responds to any questions.

Amazing place to stay!
We found this great place to stay in LBI. We were first timers from NY. This wonderful condo was clean, stocked and ready for my family of 5. Quick walk to the beach or bay to watch beautiful sunsets. We’ve stayed there 2 years in a row and just booked our 3rd. Cannot say enough great things about it. The owner is responsive and amazing. You will not be disappointed. Book today! Just not our week!!

Fabulous vacation in Brant Beach townhouse
We had a PERFECT vacation at this fabulous townhouse in Brant Beach.
The place was immaculately clean, well stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated and updated.We truly appreciated that there were very nice beach chairs, beach umbrella and a beach wagon for us to use.The beach was so close by and it was such an plus to have the pool to swim in as well.The owner, Karen, was a pleasure to rent from.Would definitely be interested in renting again
in the future.

Tranquility
Immaculate townhouse, fully updated and supplied. Short walk and easy access to the beach. Chairs, umbrella and wagon supplied to make life easier. Having the pool was an added bonus. Watched sunsets every evening over the bay just a short block walk away. So many dining options nearby. Owner was easy to work with. Would love to stay here every year.
