Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
If there is a need to cancel-we return 100% if cancelled 60 days before rental date. 50% if cancelling 30 days before rental date, PROVIDED I CAN RE-RENT FOR THE SAME RATE.
There is an additional $150.00 Cleaning fee per weekly rental.
Great for people with issues climbing stairs, only 3 steps at entrance and two steps to sunroom and pool in back and thats it. NO STAIRS in main living/bedroom/kitchen areas.

Outstanding House
I would recommend this house to everyone... Clean, has everything you need, outstanding owner... The heated pool, pet friendly, plenty of off-street parking.

Perfect for our family!
This was our fifth year staying on LBI for our week vacation and our stay here was definitely the best. We have two kids and a well behaved and crate trained dog. The house had everything we needed and the pool was an extra treat. I loved sitting in the adirondack chairs in the back for my morning coffee. The location was perfect, we never had to drive anywhere (restaurants, mini golf, ice cream, and live music on the bay Thursday night). To go down to Beach Haven for Fantasy Island it was easy to hop onto the LBI Shuttle that picked us down the street from the house. Many restaurants and establishments within walking distance welcomed dogs. Michele was great to work with and very accommodating. We are looking forward to booking again soon!

Can’t Say Enough
I can’t tell you how much you will absolutely adore this house! Most people put their throw away furniture and stuff in their shore home. These owners have gone quite the opposite way it seems in pulling out all the stops. When I needed to use a vacuum I found this rental to have a lightweight Dyson plug-in vacuum. I don’t like to vacuum at home but here it was kind of fun. I loved the back porch (& suggested there should really be more pictures of that on the rental page), The outdoor shower was perfect, there’s tons of light in the house with the windows and it is just such a great space in the backyard with the solar lights at night and the umbrellas and plants during the day. This is a house that is set up and made for entertaining especially in the outdoor area. Really very well done! They were so generous in having towels and washcloths available (mine at home are not nearly as fluffy), as well as extra blankets (and sheets in the back bedroom closet). I’ve never been in a rental in 27 years that provided so much (one year I even had to go to Hands to buy sheets because we had the wrong size). PLUS pool & beach stuff!!! And (some might find this silly) but this was the first house in a long time to have great dining table lighting, no not for eating but for puzzles and games! I love this house and the neighborhood (wide streets, quiet, lots of different smells for dog walking and of course flat with awesome sunset views) and ice cream on the corner! I won’t ramble about the pool…perfect size and temp, speaks volumes for itself. I’m sorry for such a long review but long and short of it is this is a great home with very attentive owners! (& only 3 steps!!)

Beautiful home
We have stayed here for 3 long weekends ! Beautiful home ! Decorated so nice and organized too! Everything inside is so new and clean . The pool was perfect ! We love the size and the salt water! The backyard is so inviting ! Thank you !

Great Location & Pool
We had two couples and 5 kids stay at this house. It was a good size for us, kids loved sleeping on the bunk bed room, and having two bathrooms was perfect. Love the outdoor shower and salt water pool. We would walk to beach in morning, eat lunch at home, then head to pool. Walking distance to beach, bay beach/playground, Ship Bottom Shellfish restaurant, ice cream shop, bagel place. Quick drive to How You Brewin & Mermaid Room coffee shops or Ferraro’s bakery & Shore Good for donuts. Also, great location to drive down to Beach Haven for shopping, dining, Fantasy Island amusement park, and the Pirates of LBI boat ride with kids OR up to the Lighthouse for a change of scenery. Can’t wait to go back!

Great location
My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. It was exactly as pictured and the pool area was amazing. Very easy to get to the beach or bay beach and the ice cream shop down the block was a huge hit! We will be renting again!

Perfect
What an amazing house. It’s in a great location, easy walk to beach or a little bit longer walk to bay beach for the little ones. The salt water pool was probably everyone’s favorite part. Plus there’s a great new ice cream shop right up the block.
