Great House/Awesome Time
We had multiple families that stayed with us for the week. What a great house and the owners are truly fantastic. Super nice and communicative. Everyone that was with us had a blast. Steps to the beach (with carts and kids) is VERY convenient! We will definitely be back!!

A Magical Holiday
Each year we rent a home for a week in LBI to invite friends and family to share special time together. This year we needed a house that could accommodate a large group, with Oceanfront views…our holiday gift to the special people in our lives. Randy and Carolee provided a home that felt like my home, not a rental property. Everything from the layout, to the linen service, to the comfy beds, to the cleanliness, to the stocked kitchen for all my cooking needs, EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations. The views were the cherry on top. I hope that we are fortunate enough to visit this home again. It was truly hard to leave. Thank you Randy for providing the backdrop for our magical holiday! Lori

Perfect in Every Way!
This was the most wonderful shore house we have rented! It is absolutely IMMACULATE! The location is perfect, at the very south end, peaceful with privacy and gorgeous views. The beach was a short walk down a private path.
It felt like a private beach, not crowded. The ocean is visible from so many areas inside the home and there are wonderful decks with the most amazing views. Everything is provided including freshly made beds, bath & beach towels, beach chairs, etc. No need to stuff the car! The elevator was perfect for my parents and made unloading our luggage, groceries, etc. a breeze. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Randy!

Amazing Paradise!
We can not say enough about this beautiful,oceanfront home! Everything about it was top of the line and perfect for our large family vacation. Even though there were many of us, there was so much space it never felt crowded. Randy was the perfect host, checking in with us before and during the stay. We have a person with a wheelchair and it was a great location to stay (minus 2 steps into the kitchen area, but easy to get the wheelchair down them). Decor was so well done as well as a fully stocked kitchen and game closet! Thanks so much - we will be back!

Holgate House
Randy and Carolee are wonderful to work with and their home is beautiful with amazing views. Our family had been blessed to spend a week together there for the past several years and alway have a terrific time. There is plenty of room, it's clean, lots of amenities and again, the views are amazing!

A little slice of heaven
Best location on LBI. This house is even better than the pictures. The perfect location if you are looking for a slightly secluded, natural getaway. The views were spectacular. Randy was great to work with. The house was welcoming and well appointed. Highly recommend this beachfront house!

Great house with Spectacular views!
This house was perfect for our annual Thanksgiving family get together.
We had 17 sleep in the house and were very comfortable. We cooked
so much food for the 3 day holiday and found the house to be so well equipped.
Every evening we spent on the many decks watching the beautiful stages of the sunset, such pretty colors. This house has the most amazing panoramic views!!
The owner was so friendly and accommodating and easy to work with!

Best views on the island
We rented Randy and Carolee's beautiful house for a long weekend in October. It has the nicest views of any place we have stayed. I watched the sunrise over the waves from the comfort of my bed one morning! The outdoor spaces are wonderful, especially the covered deck with large table. We enjoyed watching the surfers, kiteboarders and dolphins playing in the waves. The house is very well appointed as others have described - every thing you need from dishes/plates, pots/pans, and spices to games and puzzles, to beach equipment. We hope to return to this amazing house again next year to beat our puzzle record. Thank you so much for sharing!

Amazing views
Wonderful house with amazing view out over the ocean, the beaches and the nature reserve. Lots of outdoor decks (off bedrooms, living room, etc), private path to the beach, lovely roof deck. Even a sauna and an elevator. Perfect for large or small groups.

What a house!
We had 14 family members together for a week and it never felt crowded. We all had a blast, grandsons learned to surf in the backyard! Well stocked, clean, the owner was very accommodating and friendly. We haven’t left yet and we’re already thinking about coming back next year.
