It is just a short walk or a shorter bike ride to Bayview Beach for a change of scenery to frolic in the bay or try-out stand up paddle boarding or even catch summer concert series on the beach. The top floor unit of this triplex is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with a front and back deck to enjoy mornings with coffee/tea and evenings with your cocktail of choice! The kitchen is fully stocked: Fridge, dishwasher, Electrolux range, pots, pans, skillets, dishes, silverware, knife block, assorted glassware, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mini-food processor, spaghetti strainer, batter bowl, select spices, etc. for those dine in nights when you pick up fresh fish at any of the fish markets on the island. Ceiling fans, central A/C, a smart TV in the living room, laundry onsite, gas grill with grilling utensils, 6 beach badges, outdoor shower are some of the amenities you’ll find here. You’ll have a designated parking spot on-site and there is plenty of street parking. Open a bottle of wine and enjoy many different board games available to play with your vacation crew, fun for all ages. Take a tasting tour of the many restaurants along the 18 miles of the island for all of your dining needs, we’ve started a collection of menus to help outline your dining game plan. 1) The unit sleeps 6 people. Bedroom set up is as follows: Bedroom 1: Bunk room with full mattress on bottom, twin on top; Bedroom 2: Queen bed and Twin Bed; Bedroom 3: Three built in beds that are all full size mattresses.
2) As customary on the island, no linens or towels are provided. We do provide a pillow, mattress pad, quilt for each bed.
3) Interested in only a partial week? Please ask as it will be dependent on the dates you are looking for. Partial week renting in the prime season may not be granted. (Prime season dates in 2022: June 25 - Sep 3; Prime season dates in 2023: June 24 - Sep 2) If a partial week request is granted, they have the same security deposit with a 3 night minimum.
4) Off season renting – 3 night minimum, plus cleaning fee, and security deposit.
5) No pets are allowed
6) Check-in is 4 pm; Check out is 11 am
7) Beach badges are included. House has an outdoor shower for use
8) Laundry on site

This was our first year renting this property and we absolutely loved the location, accommodations, and convenience to all fun attractions! The home was immaculate and spacious! The kitchen was very well equipped and user-friendly! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed using both decks on the property. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and easy to reach. She suggested lots of fun activity ideas. My family and I are looking forward to spending next years vacation here again!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to walk to the water and beach, and to grab food at a nearby deli and ice cream. It is very cozy, clean, and has everything you might need in the kitchen. The owner is lovely, easy to communicate with, and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. I would love to come back!

I have stayed in the house for two seasons. It is absolutely beautiful. There is nothing lacking. Convenient to everything and there is even a free shuttle to get around. It is on the beach block, close to the bay, restaurants, and amusements. The two decks are so nice if you want to hang and cook on one, you can go to the other if your looking for some quiet time. The beach is racked every morning making it nice and clean. I would stay again.

I highly recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Long Beach Island. I have stayed here multiple times. It is perfect for large groups or family vacations. It is situated on the beach block with easy access to the beach and plenty of parking. It has two large decks that are perfect for entertaining. You are walking distance to Daddy O's and close to grocery stores and seafood markets. There is a free shuttle which runs daily that you can access right out the front door by simply using an app on your mobile phone. This rental is perfect and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week. Once you stay once you will be discussing when you can return.
