This house underwent a complete renovation and expansion with a new designer kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and offering all the modern amenities yet keeping the feel of a classic beach home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Beach Haven on the Oceanside for great proximity to the Beach and all the attractions/shops/restaurants that Beach Haven has to offer.

Once you arrive, you can put the car keys away as one of the best beaches in the world and anything you might need are only steps away. Everything is within walking or biking distance. This includes over 50 restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, grocery, vegetable stand, pizza etc., is available in Beach Haven proper and at nearby Bay Village. For the children, Fantasy Island is only steps away...featuring rides and amusements, the Water slides, Waterworks, and miniature golf. For the sportsman, fishing in the ocean or bay is available on the Miss Beach Haven boat or you can rent your own boat at Polly’s dock, or (of course you can always just take your pole up to the Beach or Bay). The black pearl pirate ship sunset cruise is also just a short walk! For those interested in the arts, theater, and history...the Surf Light Summer Theater, the showplace ice cream parlor, and Beach Haven Maritime Museum and Library are nearby. Houses of Worship of different denominations are located close by as well.

Why the owners purchased 210 6th st? We have been coming to Beach Haven since we were kids and it was a always a dream to own a beach house on LBI. This was the perfect house, ocean side with no need to move the car, 5 bedrooms and upstairs living area to sleep everyone in the family with comfort, 2 full baths inside, plus the outdoor shower. It has the best backyard with an outdoor tv and speaker system, along with plenty of space for lounging, eating, and areas to play games in the fenced in yard. There is a huge garage with an abundance of storage space for all of the beach gear and bicycles. It is the best location to anything in beach haven, whether it be for the kids at fantasy island amusement/water park/mini golf, the shops in bay village, ice cream, the theater, or any of the many restaurants on either the bay or ocean side, everything is just a short walk away. The home has been lovingly cared for and nearly everything is brand new as the home had a second level installed in 2010. We grew up renting ourselves and we hope to pay it forward by allowing others to enjoy their time in our home on LBI while making long lasting memories with their family and friends as we did when we were younger! It truly is a dream come true for us and we hope you can enjoy it too!

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
