Our Surf City home is charming and family oriented for our guests. Can you imagine coffee in the morning on the front deck, wine in late afternoon in the enclose rose garden and evening dinner from the grill or local restaurants?

Our guest occupancy is on the first floor with three bedrooms and a full bath; second floor is for storage only. There are 3-4 spaces for off street parking and a lovely fenced backyard for your privacy, allowing you to enjoy the roses and afternoon breezes.

We have maintain our beach home by:
• Updated outdoor patio furniture
• Renovated main bathroom
• Central air conditioning, vinyl plank flooring and freshly painted rooms
• Renovated kitchen with granite countertops and SS appliances
. Updated mattresses in bedrooms

Provided Amenities:
• 6 beach chairs, 6 beach badges and a beach cart
• Two Smart TVs
• WIFI
• Keurig Coffee maker, Drip Coffee maker, toaster, microwave

Our home is on the bay side of Surf City with a short walk to the bay, the beaches and local activities. Your favorite restaurant, deli/pizza shop, seafood take out, ice cream parlor or miniature golf putting course is only a block or two away.

Before January 1st, payment terms flexible. After January 1st, 50% down payment accompanies the signed lease and balance due 30 days prior to lease start date.
