Welcome to 43 N 11 St. This is a Friday check in and out. This fun filled vacation home awaits you on an ocean block. Reversed living and only steps to the beach. Open living concept with plenty of room for entertaining guests and family. From the top floor you will find a spacious kitchen which flows into the dining and living room. There are 2 decks off of top. The main deck off of the living room has access to the rooftop deck. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms; 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Pyramid beds (twin over full). You gain access to the 4th deck from the master bedroom and the bedroom with the queen bed. The backyard offers a tiki bar, outdoor built in gas grill and landscaped yard with an inviting heated in-ground pool. On the rood top deck you will see panoramic views of the island. A great place to lounge and entertain. (no unaccompanied children please). Families only, no groups please. MUST SIGN POOL ADDENDUM Please note the calendar gets updated a few times a week and recently rented weeks may not be reflected. Please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNLESS THE PROPERTY RE-BOOKS FOR YOUR RESERVED WEEK. RENTERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PURCHASE VACATION INSURANCE.

RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

MISC: There are 2 cameras on the property; one camera faces the front door and one camera faces the pool.
Cleaning Fee will be applied for rentals under 7 nights
