New construction with central A/C, located 2nd from the beach (one off the oceanfront), with virtually unobstructed views of the ocean because of the setback of the oceanfront house at 16th Street in Beach Haven. We rent to families as opposed to groups of young people and are personally there every Saturday to manage the 'changeovers.' The neighborhood is quiet, residential and respectful of other families. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Most of our bookings are repeat tenants, year after year. Multiple decks are a terrific feature, including a rooftop deck with spectacular views. This rental also includes a picnic table, lounge chairs, outside shower, laundry room and Weber gas grille. We own this home as well as the rental across the street. Both are 2nd from the ocean. We take pride in our rentals and are on location EVERY Saturday during the rental season to make sure everything is CLEAN, well maintained and that your vacation will be everything you'd hoped it would be. Why the Owner Chose North Beach Haven, Long Beach Township, NJ, USA:
We chose this location for two reasons: the close proximity to the attractions in Beach Haven and because the beach in North Beach Haven has one of the widest and highest dunes on the island. This makes this a perfect beach because it is always wide, with plenty of room to put your towel and umbrella even after storms have eroded some of the beach. The lifeguards set up 75' to the south of the entrance, so the swimming area is right there as you enter the beach.

The Unique Benefits of Our Location:
Our guests enjoy direct ocean and beach views as well as the convenience of being this close to the beach (30'). There are no streets to cross, as 16th street dead-ends into the sand dune, making it an ideal place for children to play outside without worrying about car traffic. It's an ideal place to spend your vacation... quiet moments when you want them, yet close enough to everything Beach Haven has to offer!

Owner's Cancellation Policy:
A $500 Hold Deposit is due at signing and this will become your refundable Security Deposit upon moving in. This deposit is not refundable if a cancellation occurs. All other monies are refundable providing we can get the unit rented in time and for the same amount as was originally agreed upon in the Rental Agreement.

Additional information about rental rates:

A Rental Agreement is provided prior to collection of any payments. Please read the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement. Personal checks or Paypal is preferred. In the event of cancellation, any portion of the monies paid less the Hold Deposit will be refunded, less expenses, provided the unit(s) are able to be re-rented in time and for the same amount as originally agreed upon in the Rental Agreement.

A $500 Hold Deposit will hold any period in any unit until February 1st of the rental year. After February 1st, 50% of the rental amount is due. The remaining 50% of the rental amount is due two weeks prior to your arrival. Upon occupancy, your original $500 Hold Deposit becomes a $500 Security Deposit, which is refundable providing there is no damage. Please refer to our Rental Agreement.
