Looking for the perfect beach house in the heart of LBI? Well here it is! 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, central air conditioning, an outside shower with a changing area, and a new outdoor deck. The outdoor patio on the side of the house can be used for your morning coffee and the deck in the front of the house for cocktails during sunset. There are 5 outdoor spaces to relax during your stay. The garage is a huge game room (ping pong table, connect four, darts, corn-hole, horseshoe, and Kam Jam) that can be used rain or shine. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. We have 2 living rooms where 1 room has a pull-out queen size couch. Very short walk to the beach (12 houses) and 2 blocks to the bay. There is a traffic light to simplify crossing of the boulevard. You can park 4 cars and walk to many attractions that the town of Ship Bottom has to offer. These attractions include white sandy beaches, a bay beach, two playgrounds, dock for fishing, restaurants, bagel-shop, mini golf and free weekly concerts at the Waterfront Park which is right down our street. New furniture, Central air condition/ heat, hardwood floors, 3 smart TVs, outdoor shower, Gas grill, paver patio and fence. 4 beach badges included and 6 beach chairs +umbrella. CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
