DESCRIPTION:
Dugan’s Delight is a fantastic WATERFRONT retreat! Located in a prime section of Ship Bottom with private dock and beautiful bay views. This charming home has everything your family and friends could want for the perfect vacation on Long Beach Island. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk.
This home offers excellent outdoor covered and uncovered seating overlooking the bay, a lovely outdoor shower, outdoor hot tub with mounted flat screen TV to add to the fun, outdoor gourmet grill, patio furniture, and fire pit for your summer enjoyment.
The living room of this home is located on the top floor. This floor offers a large open floor plan with great room with a fireplace that is open to the kitchen with a counter and 7 stools, dining table for 8 with leaf. The kitchen has every amenity needed including a Keurig Coffee Maker.
Two sofas, comfortable chairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV and Blue Ray player make the living area a comfortable gathering place. There is a large French slider door that leads to an expansive deck overlooking the lagoon and the bay. The views from this living room are incredible! The covered lower paver patio affords shade with another optional seating area. The house includes another family/game room on the first floor, providing many options for guests to spread out.
PROPERTY:
There are 3 Queen bedrooms on this upper floor and one bedroom on the lower floor that includes a bunk bed (twin upper and full bed lower, plus a twin trundle).
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Homeowner provides all linens including sheets, hand and bath towels, and beach chairs.
Covid 19 Precautionary Measures: Cleaners are spending more time in each home. Cleaners will spend time with the sanitization of high-touch areas (for example, door knobs, wall switches/plates, remotes, lamp switches, appliances (touch-pads and handles).

Dugan's Delight
Dugans Delight is a delight. We had a wonderful week at this great vacation home. The house was well equipped and even came with a paddle board and a couple of kayaks. The upper and lower back decks are a perfect spot to hang out on either a sunny or gray day. My family and I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Perfect Location!
This is a beautiful, clean home with a great layout. After a day at the beach, it is nice to be able to relax on either deck - right on the water / lagoon. Beautiful sunsets over the bay. Kayaking / swimming from your own dock. Great hot tub. Walking and biking distance to many restaurants & shopping in Ship Bottom and Surf City. Great for kids / families. We loved this house!
