Description
This newly renovated beach house with 2-zone Central Air is only two blocks from the ocean and one block from the bay beach with playground and designated swimming area for the little ones. Lovely landscaping will greet you as you approach the property. Inside, you'll find a bright, cheerful, spacious home with hardwood floors throughout, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, 3 1/2 tiled bathrooms, and expansive, brand-new, fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and hardwood flooring. The kitchen opens to a dining room with large oak table, seating 8 to 10 comfortably. There is a high chair - please ask homeowner.
The large family room is perfect for movie watching or game playing.
The first floor is where you will find a king master bedroom with private bath and walk in closet. There are 2 twin bedrooms with 2 twin beds each on this floor. Between the master and the twins is a large beautiful guest bathroom with shower and double vanity.
The top floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, each with a TV and DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. This floor also has another beautiful brand new bathroom with tub shower.
What is most special about this home is the 70 ft. sun deck complete with hot tub, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, dining table, chairs, swing, and chaise lounges. This back yard is completely fenced and beautifully landscaped for privacy. The owner worked with our design department to redesign this home to provide a vacation environment that is open and inspiring. This home has it all for you to create wonderful memories for you and your family.
In the den you will find a Queen-size pull-out sofa. Thoughtfully decorated this home blends elegant and rustic features to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for all to enjoy.
Restaurants, shopping and local attractions are within walking distance from the home. The speed limit in this area is strictly enforced at 25 MPH. Stores and Restaurants close by are Wawa, RonJons, CVS, B&B Department Store, Dejavue Nails, and Ramondo's Restaurant. There is also a great country market offering fresh bread, best baked pies ever, fresh vegetables, flowers and a nice selection of everyday groceries. Surf City Fishery is close by on LBI Boulevard. The bay beach is located on 13th and Bay Ave. This beach has covered seating area and a playground for the children. The beach is roped for swimming. The currents are very mild here for the little ones to swim safely. The ocean beach is just 2 blocks away with crossing lights on 11 St. and Long Beach Blvd.
Owner provides linens and towels for In Season Rentals only. Guests please bring beach towels. There are beach chairs and a wagon for use to take beach gear to the beach -- just a 5-minute walk away.

Anchor Bay House
We loved our week at the Anchor Bay house. It was fabulous as always. Love the decor and the large comfortable bedrooms. The large sliding doors onto the large deck and the hot tub make it easy to still be outdoors after returning from a day at the beach. 1 disappointment was that the landscaping in the front of the house was disappointment. Overgrown and just a plain mess. If I didnât know how great the house is on the inside the curb appeal would have scared me away.

Thank you for writing a review on our home. We are pleased you enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and outdoor area. We apologize for the landscaping, as you know since the pandemic and staff shortages appointments for landscaping care were hard to come by. We are glad though that the inside of our home made up for it, and going forward the outside will have more frequent maintenance. We hope you'll come back to stay next year!

Beautiful!
This house was beautiful! As soon as we stepped into the house we could tell everything had been cleaned and the furniture and decor was beautiful. The sheets came in a bag on the bed which was a nice touch to show how clean everything was! The house was located so close to the bay and walking distance to the beach. There were maybe 5 restaurants in a walkable range. It was super easy to get in touch with the host, and would get quick responses each time! We would definitely say here again.

We picked the right house!
This home was exactly what we were hoping for. Had our whole (extended) family here for the week. Very spacious rooms and kitchen. Clean. The back deck was perfect for us all to BBQ and sit out with plenty of table space/seats, a Gas fire and Hot tub. Second living/TV room with wrap around couch was ideal for our young kids to wind down. Great location- 5 minute walk to the beach and even less to the bay. No issue with parking. Very pleased, highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Home!
Beautiful property with great amenities! Very clean and plenty of space! Great location - convenient access to bridge, stores, and one block from the bay & beautiful sunsets! Well stocked kitchen with anything you could need - pots, utensils, etc., and home included linens - huge plus! The backyard also features a grill, patio sets with ample seating, and outdoor fireplace that make for a great gathering space. Huge dining room table perfect for family dinners! Management company was very helpful and easy to work with! Owner very accommodating. Absolute pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend to others!

Great comfortable second living room / den wonderful spot to have little quiet
Very nice pix don’t do it justice. Outside back deck entire length of house with multiple sitting areas two tables propane fire pit hot tub great. Would definitely recommend and come back in future

Beautiful home with a wonderful layout. Lots of space to enjoy.
The home is beautiful with lots of space. Parking wasn't an issue even with a small trailer that was left by owner in side yard, we were able to park 5 cars no problem. The kitchen is gorgeous and spacious for my family to cook a home made meal. A nice, long dining table was perfect for us to sit around and enjoy our meals.
The extra seating in the living room was great for the guys who wanted to watch the NHL playoffs, and the back deck was lovely for enjoying my morning coffee and book.
The bedrooms were nice and spacious with lots of closet space as well. And the bathrooms were large enough for my family of 13 to all get ready for a family wedding without waiting for mirror space.
There was some confusion when it came to checking out and what was expected of us, but after talking with Louis, the owner of the management company, it was figured out and dealt with professionally. He is also the interior designer of the house and has impeccable taste in designing. Not sure if it was because we were renting in "off season" (April), but a welcome binder with info and check-out guidelines would have been helpful.
Overall, this home is beautiful and excellent for large parties!

Perfect summer house!
We have been vacationing in LBI for many years and this home was by far the best! It is beautifully decorated with lots of space to make for a very comfortable vacation. One of the things that stood out most was how clean and well kept the house was. It is also great that the linens are provided for you. It is within walking distance to shops and the beach which made it very convenient for us with young children. The hot tub was an added bonus! We will definitely be coming back!
