This is an amazing water front home with an elevator from garage to top floor and a bulkhead for your boat or watercraft up to 24'.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Enjoy cooking meals on the first floor in a large open kitchen with beautiful granite tops and modern appliances. There is seating for 5 at the breakfast bar and dining for 6-8 in the dining area.
LOUNGE & LIVING SPACES:
The Mid Level features a large stone fireplace with a flat screen TV and large conversation areas with comfortable custom furnishings. This floor also has a large deck looking out to the bay.
The Top floor has a large entertainment room with bar and fireplace and boasts large, comfortable seating areas, game table (8), and a large flat screen TV with surround sound.
The Bottom level has a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, TV & game area.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
The outside living area has magnificent views from every deck. The boat dock can accommodate up to a 24' boat. Prior homeowner approval is needed to bring boat.

Family Vaca Success!
Rented without seeing and we were nervous about it. We needed the bedrooms, and the location was perfect. Walking in was shocking as it was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and every bedroom has an on-suite. We have rented in LBI for 17 years now and this was by far the best house we have ever had. Can not wait to stay again. Thank you to Diana the owner for her prompt response to a small microwave issue that she handled 100% on the day of the issue. This was a DREAM HOME FOR OUR BIG ANNUAL FAMILY VACATION!!!!

We had a marvelous family vacation. The house was more than we expected. It was stocked with everything and more. We only wish there were linens. All in All we had a great time. The young people 20''s enjoyed the water sports and swim across bay and back. Thank you for a most enjoyable time.

Wonderful Multi Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time our second year here. The house is clean and in a beautiful location with lots to do. The only downfall this year was the owner not providing linens as they did last year. Hoping to return for a third year and would hope that they can include all the linens again.

Great house and location, but it ends there. The owner and management company were a complete nightmare to deal with. After spending $13,000 to rent this house, the owner put us through the ringer and ultimately refused to refund our full security deposit. We did not damage the house in any way, and the owner would not budge. A few communications fell through the cracks in terms of check out instructions and we were punished unfairly for it. Extremely rude and made us feel like criminals even though we are all professional, responsible adults that wanted to work things out in a civil manner. Horrible experience dealing with these nasty people, AVOID!

I am sorry you are not happy with my policy. We work very hard to make sure that our premium home is in excellent condition for every guest who arrives. This has proven to be successful from all of our 5 Star Ratings. We do depend on our guests to contribute as stated in the checkout/departure instructions that are in the contract prior to booking, as well as, sent prior to departure. If you were unable to abide by these instructions perhaps you should not have agreed to the terms. As in most rentals guest cooperation is vital to ensure everyone has the same wonderful experience.
More beautiful than the pictures!
We had a fantastic experience with this property. We were 2 families with kids ranging from 12 to 23. Each bedroom with its own bathroom accommodated us very well. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures shown in the listing. The walk to the beach was a bit further than we would have liked but having both bay and beach access made it very enjoyable. The house is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, beach caddy, etc. We had plenty of refrigerator space to store all our food and drinks. The kayaks were a lot of fun and we rented 2 paddle boards for the week as well. We hope to return next summer.

Lovely nautical themed home on the bay!
The home was super bright and had plenty of seating. The decor was truly nautical throughout. Our family had fun fishing right off the dock in the back. The beach right up the road was one of the deeper I've seen in LBI and very clean. The owners were close by and available for assistance with any questions. We were there during a heat wave and it was nice having a breeze off of the bay.
Definitely a great home for large families to spread out.

Spacious Bay-side home Ideal for a Family Gathering
Spacious home with all the amenities one could want. We hosted a family gathering of 8 adults and 6 children comfortably. The house is kept immaculate and the homeowner is very responsive to any issue. One slight negative is that there is a rather long wait for hot water in the bedroom sinks with the tubs/showers seeming to have a quicker response. Also ran out of hot water in the sink but none of the bathroom tubs or outdoor showers. Multiple well constructed and well kept decks overlooking the bay with nice furnishings throughout. The walk to the ocean is about 4 blocks which was not a problem for any of us. Amenities include numerous folding chairs for beach use, 10 beach tags, K cup and regular coffee pots, beach wagon to lug stuff, two kayaks and a bicycle for two.

Nautical LBI Escape!
Beautifully decorated home dressed in nautical fare, provided the perfect gathering place for our family gathering! Immaculate, nice convenient location, fun beach toys like kayaks, bicycles, etc. and a lovely dock made made for a gorgeous view and an active time!
