Large, spacious renovated home, one off bay with beautiful bay views. 1.5 miles to Beach Haven. This lovely home has plenty of room to spread out in many places to gather together! 3 newer full baths! Downstairs tastefully updated with new floors, doors, trim and sofas. The first floor has a King size bedroom with new furniture and with bay views. There is also a brand new full bathroom with beautiful custom tiles. A full size eat in kitchen with a table for 6-8 and a breakfast bar seating for 4 and fully stocked with everything you need for your family meals. Off to the side of the kitchen is a sunroom perfect for viewing the bay and watching the sunset! Walk a few steps and you are in the tastefully decorated front living room with a direct views of the bay. And if that is not enough gathering space, there is one more oversized family room (with pullout day bed) for watching movies or playing cards! Also on the first floor is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. 2 zone central air and heat.
The upstairs has a beautiful oversized master bedroom suite with a King bed, brand new full bath, walk in closet, sitting area and a deck with views.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a large deck overlooking the neighborhood and the bay. The last bedroom I was updated in 2024 and has two twin beds with a rollaway and more spectacular views of the bay.
The fenced in side yard is perfect for gathering with your people in a circle to watch the sunset. The back patio is a great place to sit and drink your coffee or sip a drink for happy hour or serve an outdoor meal.
Some additional perks include TVs in every bedroom, new stainless steel appliances, newer furniture and bedroom sets, newer bathrooms, new cookware and bedding. New sofas, floors, doors and trim were added to the downstairs in 2022. New floors and trim added to upstairs in 2023.
3 blocks to beach. 5 blocks to Nardi’s, 9 blocks to Terrace Tavern, Oyster Bar, Wawa, Pizza and ice cream! About one mile to Bay Village (closer than some Beach Haven homes!). We provide 6 beach badges. Off street parking for 3 cars.

Very Nice Rental
My husband and I wanted a few more days on LBI before the end of the summer season and was lucky to have found this home available AND dog friendly. The owner Gina was friendly and it was a pleasure chatting with her. The home is VERY clean and BIG. We only utilized the mail floor. But 2 larger families can easily feel very comfy here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Nice views and the area was so quiet. Needless to say we got our R&R and then some.

Fantastic Home in LBI
My family and I rented this large 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home to spend Thanksgiving together this year for a change of scenery. I'm so very happy we chose this home to spend our time together. I can't say enough about how impressive this home is. There is so much space in this home inside and out. Each bedroom had a perfect amount of room for each family member, the bathrooms are brand new and gorgeous. It has 2 living rooms and a sunroom to be able to spread out and enjoy. There are new TVs in the rooms too. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals at the house. This includes seating too! The deck has a beautiful view of the bay where you can enjoy the colors of the sunset with a glass of wine. There is also a fenced in area with ample seating to hang outside to play some yard games.
Gina was a wonderful host from the moment I sent her my request to rent. She made us feel so welcome and was a pleasure to rent from.
I highly recommend this rental!

Great stay!
Had a wonderful time! House was big with plenty of room and so many places to hang outside. Sunsets every night from the decks. Owners were nice enough to let us have an early check in. We will be renting from them again!
