Description
Immaculate with new kitchen/appliances and quartz counters, located on an attractive and quiet ocean block in Barnegat Light, 5 houses away from the beach. In a family-friendly location, located mid-block and with no streets to cross. The beach is exceptionally beautiful, never overcrowded and has a fully-manned lifeguard station from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in season. New floors, Bathroom, dedicated central AC, Washer and Dryer and new Weber grill added in 2021-2022.
Within a few blocks of all major Barnegat Light attractions including: brand new 36 hole miniature golf course, Lighthouse State park (lighthouse, park and pier), great restaurants, Viking Village, Deep Sea Fishing, Parasailing, fishing, etc. Children's activities offered at the state park in season include: "Stories by the Sea" and Craft project and others. Barnegat light is also a perfect and safe area for bike riding.
If that isn't enough there are also playgrounds, a skateboarding park, and public tennis courts just a few blocks away. Viking Village on the bay and 19th Street, is a commercial seaport with quaint theme shops, a fresh fish market, and a fleet of charter boats for fishing and sunset cruises. Other conveniences within easy walking distance include a market, and If you have a boat, go ahead and bring it--the public boat ramp is close by on 10th Street.
Arts and crafts, flea markets and antique fairs are frequently held in Barnegat Light during the warm season and on holidays. There are also some wonderful antique and gift shops in town. There are plenty of family activities throughout the island.
The house has separately zoned central air & gas heat, plus its own deck, outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic table, clothes line and parking area.

Beautiful Location
Neil, the owner, was accommodating and helpful throughout. The place is charming and the location is spectacular. Fabulous boardwalk through the dunes to a pristine and wide beach. The kitchen is new and well equipped. The outside grill is wonderful. Nice outside shower and private back deck. Plenty of parking for guests. We had a wonderful time and Neil was a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

Immaculate Quaint & Cozy Beach Cottage
Our stay this past week was amazing. Mr. Dore has made this rental such a lovely place for any family. We have already booked for next year and we will be staying two weeks this time. The house was very clean, even the oven! Beds were comfortable! Our family of four was pleasantly surprised and was provided everything we needed! From beach chairs, central air-conditioning, laundry, new flooring, huge outside shower, two decks, a brand new & spacious gas grill, flat screen tv w/voice activated remote, all updated appliances & every kitchen gadget you would need. The quartz countertops were beautiful!!! This was our first stay in Barnegat Light. It was peaceful & quiet w/no “rif-raf” lurking at night. We loved the location & were able to ride bikes to all that the town had to offer, ie: diner, coffee shop, grocery store, restaurants, charter fishing, mini golf, fish markets and shopping—the lighthouse is magnificent- definitely worth climbing all those stairs!! The surfing on 15th street was great & the fact that there is a lifeguard stand right to the left when you get on the beach was convenient too! For our family being on a budget this was a really awesome vacation rental. The owner texts back ASAP & went out of his way to make us comfortable! Thank you Mr. Dore, see ya next year for sure!!
