Contemporary Single Family house with reversed living.
There is a fantastic view of the ocean from the 2nd floor living room and deck and roof top deck. There are also ocean views from the 1st floor junior bedroom (at the front) and the family room.
There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 powder rooms. It can easily sleep 13 people plus an additional 2 people in sofabed, so a maximum of 15 people.
There is an elevator from the garage serving the first and second floors.

The 2nd floor is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings.

Beautiful kitchen with an island facing the ocean and it will be equipped with stainless steel appliances.

Great House!!! Clean convenient and easy beach access!

Best House on the Island!!! I know, I know...you've heard that before, but this one truly stands out. The house is designed perfectly and the lay-out ensures everyone has their own "space" as well as large enough gathering areas for everyone to be a family! The rooftop deck is perfect for sunsets and it does appear to be the highest rooftop deck in every direction! The family living area and kitchen is a perfect size for group meals and the full family annual watching of JAWS! The deck on this upper level overlooks the ocean and was our standard meeting spot for breakfast lunch and dinner! Grill was clean and worked great!! Appliances all new and worked perfectly. Bedrooms/baths are all good sizes and spaced well for community and privacy. A/C worked great and kept us all cool. Laundry worked great. Everything was clean and bright. Extra den on bedroom level was great for the guys and their baseball games. The extra, extra den on the garage level was perfect for the kids and their movies etc. and doubled as an extra bedroom to accommodate "older" kids. The backyard is a great size to relax. Perfectly secluded and big enough to host the annual corn-hole tournament!! The elevator was priceless in helping our oldest members get from floor to floor with no issue and the garage was big enough to house all our gear and bikes and coolers etc. with the extra fridge doing double duty for leftovers and drinks!

Owners are the best on the island. We had one of the provided beach chairs "let go" due to its age and they were there in 20minutes to provide us a replacement. Can't say enough about them. They checked in to make sure we were good and to ask if we needed anything. Great people that I will gladly rent from again. They take pride in this house and it shows.

Cant go wrong. Great house, great neighborhood, great beach = great vacation~! Can't wait to come back!!!!!
