3 E Seabreeze Ave, First Floor is in a delightful Oceanside duplex that is centrally located on Long Beach Island directly across the street from the ACME supermarket and one block from the famous Skipper Dipper ice cream shop. It's just a short walk to the white sand beach that LBI is famous for. This unit is a two bedroom get away that sleeps 7 with a comfortable living room, dining table, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. All TVs offer cable boxes and/or Amazon firesticks and are Netflix and other streaming services ready. There is high-speed internet/Wi-fi. In addition, the unit offers a large deck with a table to seat 8 with a patio umbrella, a fenced in yard, a gas BBQ, a private outdoor shower (one for each unit of the duplex) with hot and cold water, off street parking for 2 cars and a bonus room with a TV, foosball table, pool/ping pong table, and a couch and chairs with plenty of room for hanging out. Each unit has its own separate bonus room that has a locking door. All rooms are adequately air conditioned to cool you off from the summer heat. Bed linens (3 twin, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed/pullout), pillows and towels are NOT provided. 4 Beach badges are included. CAN BE COMBINED WITH LISTING #1889 to occupy the entire house. Unit has been completely painted, refreshed and redecorated with the addition of new furniture for the 2022 season. There are no pets allowed.

Just came back from a week-long stay at Seabreeze. Our family rented the first floor, while our friends rented the second floor. Both units were very clean and well appointed. The deck and yard made our stay! Great large deck with dining table where we were all able to join for meals, and large fenced in yard for kids to run free. Game rooms also a bonus and lots of fun for all!

Our kids love the beach but we live in PA. 3 Seabreeze unit 1 was our home base for the week. We loved the location of Seabreeze to the beach, stores AND ice cream! The whole family had a fabulous time. The kids loved the bunk beds and they oddly all enjoyed sharing a room. The kitchen had everything we needed. The entire unit was clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. The back deck was large and we enjoyed having meals out there. The kids loved the bonus space with pinball and basketball games..
We hope to visit again!

This place was great! Extremely clean! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location couldn’t be any better, quick walk to the beach, an ice cream place next door and the Acme right across the street. Never had to get in the car to go anywhere. The fenced in backyard is a great feature especially with younger kids. Really couldn’t have asked for anything more in a place to stay at the beach. Will def be returning.

This unit was clean and had plenty of room for us to stay in. Although the weather wasn’t great the kids were occupied in the game room which was a bonus!! Plus there was an ice cream shop right around the corner! Would definitely rent this unit again!!

My family had a great time staying at this Seabreeze rental property. We had a lot of fun in the game room each night. The outdoor shower was a great amenity after spending the day at the beach which was a short block away. The unit was very clean and modern. We enjoyed spending time on the large deck between beach time and trips into town. We also loved having a line of sight to the Skipper Dipper so we knew when the best time to grab ice cream was each day. We look forward to our next trip to LbI and will definitely rent this property again.
