Just park the car and leave all your stresses behind! This beautiful home is located right at 19th St - a short 2 block walk to 19th Street Beaches. Enjoy all the activities surrounding this house without ever having to get back in the car! Take a stroll over to grab some bagels or breakfast sandwiches at Bagel Eddies, some Lunch over at Burger 25, maybe an afternoon stop at TIki Bar or a night out at Joe Pops! Shopping, Ice Cream, Miniature Golf just blocks away! Just Park the Car and Enjoy all these Favorite LBI Spots! Take in all the amazing surroundings of the Island as well as the Beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets of LBI! ENJOY!
There is 2 car parking which is ideal! Walk into the spacious living room area with a separate dining area! The Kitchen comes updated with BEAUTIFUL STAINLESS STEEL VIKING appliances perfect for cooking those amazing dinners during your stay on Vacation! There is a full bathroom on the first level with a stand up shower and LG Washer/Dryer. The back patio off the first level is IDEAL for Grilling and having an outdoor snack. There is also an outdoor shower as well to clean up after those long days at the beach. 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, four beach towels, and a cart to wheel your supplies onto the beach are included for use.
The second level of the home includes two spacious bedrooms. Both with TV's and closets. The second bedroom has a private balcony facing Central Ave. There is a full bathroom with a tub between these two bedrooms, as well as a sitting area for a nice relaxing coffee or glass of wine next to the window and just relax there with your favorite book! The master bedroom comes equipped with a full mirror and a his and her closet!
Now - for the BEST FEATURE! The 3rd Floor is an entire ROOF DECK! There are chairs and a table to take your dinners up and enjoy a nice Dinner under the stars. PERFECT for you to take up your morning coffee too and relax while enjoying a PANORAMIC View of the ENTIRE ISLAND! You can see partial ocean from this Roof Deck as well as all the local establishments! Enjoy a nice beer or glass of wine at the end of the night and take in those INCREDIBLE LBI SUNSETS!!!
ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features flat screen TV’s located in the living room. It is a SMART TV with apps and there is xfinity high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected.
For Sleeping: There is a Queen Size Bed that fits 2 in the Master, a twin bunk bed that fits 2 and a pull out trundle that fits 1 in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a queen that fits 2. The couch in the living room fits 1 as well.
DESTINATION WEDDING? – This would make a great place for your guests to stay! Bonnet Island Estate, Mallard Island Yacht Club, and the Stateroom are just minutes away. We are also convenient for events at other Banquet Halls including Sea Shell Resort, Daddy O, The Boat House, Yacht Clubs, and more.
ABOUT US:
We are a young married couple that purchased this home in 2018. It was designed by an architect, and used as a primary residence before we bought it. We love LBI and have always wanted to purchase a shore house so this is our baby...well second now :-) since we also have a baby girl that was born the same year, she is now 5. Jackie grew up and spent summers in LBI and Kyle is originally from PA and vacationed all over the Jersey Shore. We really hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!!!!

Policies
CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations will be charged 15% of the gross rent if the property is re-rented for the full amount. If property is not re-rented for the full amount, the full rental deposit is forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing. Your reservation will be in effect upon receipt of your deposit and the cancellation policy will apply. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, including hurricanes, or for activities beyond control of OWNER.
We recommend all guests purchase trip insurance to cover any possible cancellations.
The security deposit of $500 and 50% of the total weekly rental rate are due within 7 days of booking request with signed lease contract. The remaining 50% of the total booking is due as outlined by owner.

Great spot in Ship Bottom!
We had a great family vacation and enjoyed our short walks to the beach and the bay! The house was perfect and the rooftop was a highlight during the warm breezy evenings.

Wonderful house
We greatly enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Kyle's place in LBI. The house is beautiful and decorated nicely, with a well-appointed kitchen and different areas for our family to spread out in during the week. We spent a lot of time on the roof deck, enjoying the breeze and the view. The house is in a great location, easy to walk to the ocean and the bay side of the island. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect!
2020 marked our 30th year going down to LBI! This was our first year staying in Ship Bottom. We couldn't have been happier with Jackie and Kyle's house. From booking throughout our stay both Jackie and Kyle were fantastic with communication. All questions were answered right away. The house itself was beautiul, and perfect for our family of 5. The upper deck was great for family dinners, and viking appliances in the kitchen made cooking a joy. We really loved how the owners made us feel very welcomed with the personalized note, and even a bottle of my wife's favorite - Proseco to celebrate our time at our favorite place. I would highly recommend staying at 1906 Central Ave. As a family we could easily walk to the beach, the bay, mini golf, ice cream and fantastic restaurants. Thank you, Kyle and Jackie for making our 2020 trip to LBI one to remember!!

Awesome beachouse
This home is in perfect location only a very short walk to Beach or to Bay (sunsets are gorgeous.)
The home is bright and cheery and decorated beautifully with a great functioning kitchen, outside BBQ and a rooftop patio for dining or watching the beautiful ShipBottom area. Comfortable beds too. Great tips from owners and surrounded by great places to eat. Will definitely come again.

Clean, bright and modern getaway close to the beach
This is a great house with lots of room, nicely appointed touches, a modern kitchen, and a very cool roof deck. A 5-minute walk to the beach across the boulevard, and close to a number of amenities. Great for a pack of kids!

Beautiful
The house is lovely and has everything you need. The back patio is a bonus room and my favorite, the outdoor shower! The mattresses are very comfortable. Long Beach Island is the best.

Sunsational Stay in Ship Bottom
What a great week!! We absolutely loved this house. Jackie and Kyle are a pleasure to work with. They send a Welcome Packet via email that details everything you want/need to know about the house and area. It was super helpful and informative. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING you need along with a lot of extras most other homeowners don't include like sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, and 5 beach tags. We enjoyed sitting out back in the shade during the day & dinner time and on the rooftop deck at night. Although it's only a 2 bedroom, the bedrooms are really big. The location is great. This is our first time not staying on the ocean side of the blvd and we were nervous about getting across to get to the beach. No need to worry about that - just wait for the two lights to turn red and you can easily walk right across. Local favorites include shooting hoops at the school across the street, Bageleddies (delicious bagels and baked goods), Surf Taco, and Joe's Pizza for their ice cream. When you come on to the island, at the 1st light (Barnegat) turn right, go down a couple of blocks, make a left and that will bring you right to Central Avenue. No need to sit in traffic on the blvd. They send a friendly reminder detailing what you need to do for checkout. Jackie and Kyle really think of everything to make their guests' stay comfortable and hassle free. Fabulous weather & a fantastic house - couldn't ask for a more perfect week. We can't wait to come back!
