Light and Bright, beautifully decorated very clean 5 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home with fantastic views of the bay. Watch the sunset from the upper or lower living rooms. Enjoy spectacular water views from the front porch, upstairs and downstairs living rooms, kitchen, dining room and deck.New hot tub for 6ppl. Fully airconditioned. Our family has owned this home for many years. We use it as our family summer weekend home. We recently started offering it for rental use for a limited time. We offer Friday to Friday change overs to avoid the busy Saturday traffic. Our home is on one of the few streets that offer easy access to the bay beach for kayaking, wind surfing, and stand-up paddle boarding. You can bring your jet-ski or boat! We are steps from the bay and 2 blocks from the ocean. Enjoy our backyard with NEW hot tub, grill, picnic table, deck with retractable awning and private outdoor shower for your use. Included: 4 regular Beach passes and 2 senior passes, beach chairs and umbrellas. Also included is the use of a 2 person kayak. Contact me if you would like additional information.

Amazing House to Stay In!
Our group is 7 adults and 4 kids under 9 years old and this house was the perfect setting for a great week for us on the island. We have lived in the Barnegat area for awhile so we are very familiar with LBI and always visit all summer. This is a great location on the island where you are close to everything but the block is very quiet/for families. The view of the bay is amazing and the layout/bed combos in the house were ideal for a large group. Very comfortable house and the second living room was perfect for looking out onto the bay and having extra common space. The house had plenty of things that would be needed for a beach week and the hot tub outside was fab

Beautiful bayside home with excellent views!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better house to accommodate our two families. We traveled with kids ranging from ages 7-15. This house offered the perfect space with upper and lower family rooms. The backyard and hot-tub were a nice added touch! Plenty of gear provided so you don’t have to bring your own.
The views of the sunset were amazing!! We loved that we had access to the bay as well.
The beach was a short walk or quick bike ride. This really was the perfect location located on a quiet street, with very friendly neighbors!

Perfect Week with Family
I recently had the pleasure of renting this property with my family, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The location was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the bay right from the property – sunsets were especially enjoyable from the 2nd floor living area. It was the perfect spot for relaxation and offered a short walk to the beach. The property is also a walkable distance to the Bayview Park, which was an ideal spot for the younger kids. The rental property itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The 1st and 2nd floor living areas offer some separation if you are traveling with another family. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Perfect House
This was an amazing house with perfect views of the bay. Close to the “action” but far enough away to feel like a quiet beach weekend. The house was clean and fit our 6 people party perfectly. The hot tub was nice to relax in and all of the neighbors were so kind and welcoming. Great communication and a wonderful end to the summer.

Beautiful and clean home at an excellent location!
We stayed at this home for a week in LBI. It was absolutely perfect! For starters, the home was immaculate (cleanliness is my top priority). The location was perfect- on the bay, a few short blocks to the beach, close to shops restaurants and cafes- the home has a nice deck with backyard area. There was plenty of room for our family and my brother’s family. My interactions between the homeowner were professional yet very personal. I felt she truly wanted us to have the best vacation in LBI. She checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Bayside Paradise
This is the most beautiful bayside home! From top to bottom the interior finishes, views, and accommodations are amazing. The Owners are a wonderful couple who honestly saved our vacation. They offered us their home during July 4th weekend, our family made many memories in this gorgeous home, and we are hoping to return again next year!
Thanks again for being lifesavers and making our LBI vacation feel like paradise.

Great Stay!
This home was beautiful, clean, and perfect location. My husband is a chef so he loved the beautiful kitchen stocked with anything and everything you would need! The view of the water and the beautiful sunsets is what impressed me. The price was reasonable and the hosts were gracious. Our family loved it.

Beautiful Bay Sunsets
If you are seeking beautiful bay views and sunsets, look no further. This house was exactly what our family was looking for, with updated kitchen, multiple living spaces to hang out in after the beach and awesome bay views from the deck. The back yard was great as well, including an amazing new hot tub. Highly recommend!

Great Vaca
This house was extremely accommodating and very clean. Cleanliness is my first priority in making me feel comfortable and this house met those needs with 5 stars. The online photos are accurate but the house is even nicer in person. The bedrooms are on the small side but that didn't make a difference to us. The views from all of the west facing windows are spectacular. We felt relaxed and at home. Thanks again for sharing your house with us!

LBI retreat
This house was the perfect combination of great accommodations and amenities and an amazing location. The house itself was fantastic - clean and updated. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. Plenty of space - bedrooms and living space. Location right next to the bay was perfect for sunsets and socializing with the friendly group of neighbors that gathered at the end of the block. The walk to the beach was pretty quick, but because this was a slightly wider part of the island, we ended up biking up to the beach most days. 2 minute bike ride, under 10 minutes walking. The location made it easy to bike to a couple of mini golf courses, placed for breakfast and lunch, tennis courts, and the Acme next to the tennis courts. It was also a quick drive down to Beach Haven. The owners were friendly, helpful, and responsive from the moment I inquired about availability until our stay ended. We never needed anything, but good to know they’d be available to help if we did. We had an incredible week on LBI staying in this home, can’t wait to come back, and highly recommend it!
