Description
Fantastic open floor plan home only five houses from the beach! Eight bedrooms, four full bathrooms and an outside shower! This is truly a unique home that is perfect for multi-family get togethers or family reunions! Everything is tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe.
The main floor plan features lots of living space – two living areas with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV; two kitchen areas – one full service with fridge, double wall oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and large island for food prep, serving and seating; the other provides a second fridge, additional counter area, sink, and dining table.
Beds provide sleeping for 16 people; four bedrooms and two baths on the first floor, four bedrooms and two baths on the second floor. Two master bedrooms have queen beds with sliders onto the second floor deck. Three additional bedrooms have queen beds, two more provide both a queen and a single, and the last has two twin beds.
All bedrooms and living space areas are equipped with ceiling fans and central air conditioning.
There’s more! Enjoy the outdoors on one of our two 60-foot decks – the first level features a comfortable conversation area with couch, chairs and tables perfect for “happy hour”. Throw some steaks or burgers on the grill and dine at the large outdoor table. Go up to the second level and soak up the sun on comfortable cushioned chairs and loungers or climb closer to the sky and sit back and relax on the third level “crow’s nest”.
Other amenities include beach badges, washer and dryer, sand toys, and plenty of off street parking! A variety of shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance of this superb vacation home.
Avoid the extra traffic by staying centrally located. Leave the cars parked and enjoy the use of LBI’s shuttle service (www.lbishuttle.com). The air conditioned buses will transport you and family members to either end of the island all day & night long!

Sandcastle by the Sea
This was our second year in the house and we look forward to many more. Elaine is the perfect host. The house was spotless and very well stocked. It is difficult to find a house big enough for our large family. This house has everything a big family needs. Looking forward to next year!

We have a very large family and found this house to be just perfect. A wonderful house with 8 bedrooms and 4 baths. There are 3 decks to enjoy and situated just 5 houses from the beach. Plenty of room, clean and very well stocked. We’re already psyched for next year!!

Fantastic beach house
We had a wonderful stay in Ship Bottom! The house was in perfect order when we arrived. The accommodations were spacious and Elaine was a fantastic host. She was readily available for any questions I had. I loved the proximity to the beach, it was perfect! We had a great family vacation. Thank you, Elaine!!
