This oceanside single family home, with central heat & air conditioning & secure wireless internet, has a renovated second floor with laundry room, a full bath, twin bedrooms, and a huge master suite with Satellite TV. Ceiling Fans in Every Bedroom.

The first floor has two freshly painted bedrooms and a brand new kitchen, updated living room and dining area; with all cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, & blender. The dining area and the living room (which has DirecTV/DVD/Blue Tooth Stereo and working fireplace) boast "pickled" knotty pine walls. Resurfaced hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs. Both the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have been totally renovated.

The handsome rear deck contains an over-sized picnic table and several lounge chairs beneath a latticed arbor; the ideal place for family meals.
Enjoy a dip in the new heated pool and/or an invigorating outside shower, the perfect shore way to cap off a day at the beach!

Of course - beach chairs, pillows/comforters, "starter pack" of TP, Towels, Soaps included; and off-street parking (for up to 5 cars). Weekly rental is Sat PM through Sat AM during the season.

Love this place

We have stayed at this house many times through the years. The house is cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect and within walking distance to several restaurants. We love the beach - big and wide and just a short walk. The large back deck is a great place to hang out. We love how every year Chip has made improvements at the house - most recently a new kitchen. We plan to return to this house whenever we can

GREAT HOME

This place was perfect for our group. We had 2 families staying here. Clean, close to the beach. The owner, Chip is friendly and was quick to get back to me when I had questions. What amazed me, he asked how he could make any part of the house better from my time spent there!!! What landlord asks that? Thanks for allowing us to create memories for our families,

Best House Ever

My family has been vacationing in Long Beach Island for years, and this is quite possibly the best house we have ever rented. Chip was a great owner, and the house was beautifully maintained. Plus it was close to everything! We will definitely come back in the future.
