Our beach house has a warm & welcoming feel the minute you step inside.
Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, watch sunset on the deck, make it your happy place!
On the main level are 3 bedrooms and full bathroom that sleeps 6 (1K, 1Q, 1F w/T trundle). The lower level has a full bathroom, bedroom (1F adjustable bed) and two sofas.
This is a great ocean block home on one of Barnegat Light's best streets, East 30th Street. Incredibly, it is a two minute walk (without boulevards to cross) to the lifeguarded beach!
When you need a break from the beach, you can walk, bike or drive to the Bay Beach (great for kayaking, and watching sunsets), Viking Village, Barnegat Lighthouse, local stores, restaurants and ice cream shops. While known as the quiet end of the island, we have all the conveniences you need!

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
