1st Master Bedroom features a Queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. 2nd Master Bedroom features a Queen bed, a Daybed (that sleeps as: 1 Twin, or 2 Twins, or 1 King), and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All of the memory foam mattresses and pillows are brand new & super comfy. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There are plenty of drawers, hooks, and closet space, so go-ahead, unpack … and unwind.
Private Covered Porch with table and chairs, overlooking the marina & harbor - an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, evening cocktails, and spectacular sunsets! The views can also be enjoyed from the Sun Deck & Loungers at the community Pool & Hot Tub on the 2nd floor rooftop. Outdoor Showers to wash off the sand. Picnic & Grilling area.

All things GOOD!
My family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful week! I was a bit worried about the size of only 800 square feet, but wow - it certainly felt bigger thanks to the wonderful wall of windows letting in the breathtaking views of the marina. The space was filled with natural light and every inch of space was used perfectly. Anything you could possibly want was right there at your fingertips. Having the bed linens and towels provided was a huge bonus and they were really nice too! Beds were great and rooms were dark thanks to custom blinds. Jenn was super responsive with any/all questions and concerns - really just a pleasure to deal with. Having the pool to come back to after a day at the beach was the best. And the hot tub was great too. Sitting out on the porch with the sunset was spectacular and and we met the nicest people who own boats in the marina. Really could not ask for a better situation. Miss it already!

Fantastic Stay
Jen and Ken were absolutely amazing to work with. Responsive, friendly and accommodating! The condo was spectacular, exceptionally clean on arrival and so comfortable. Location was fantastic, just steps away from Schrooners Whatf and Fantasy Island. Pool area was a great break from the beach and lovely to spend time at! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

Perfect stay!
Ken and Jenn’s condo is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous view of the bay, excellent covered porch, well stocked with kitchen supplies and comfy beds. Everything we needed plus a pool and hot tub, what a great bonus after being at the beach, which is a short walk. Great location too- we used our car minimally during the week. Also, Jenn is an excellent communicator, it was a stress free stay - quite perfect- thank you!!!

The best way to end the summer!
This is our second year in a row renting from Jenn & Ken and we already asked for our contract for summer 2024! To say they are the best hosts is an understatement. Everything they do is very thoughtful, from labeling everything in their beautifully renovated condo for ease of use to leaving recommendations for local eateries. Renting this condo is such a pleasant experience. The location could not be better - we have two little ones and being able to walk to everything makes for a very enjoyable week away. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we need to make all of our meals - all I need to do is place my order on Instacart and we are set for the week! We can't wait to create more amazing memories in this beautiful vacation home - thank you to Ken & Jenn for sharing their little slice of heaven with our family.

Fantastic!!
This place was incredible. It checked all the boxes; location, the cleanliness, the decor and the pool. All perfect!!! Everything was well thought out from the hooks to instructions. Jenn and Kenny could not have been better hosts. Can't wait to come back next year. Miss the views and the sunset already!

Perfect!
Perfection. This place was just right for our family of four. Local to everything, unique and gorgeous views of the bay, coupled with a magnificently appointed and pristine rental. I have clinical OCD and I felt comfortable! Jenn and team were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. This was the best overall rental experience I've ever had. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Great Condo
LOVED this condo! Upon booking we had immediate communication with the owner (Jen). It was a pleasure working with her. She helped with any questions we had and communicated with us prior to our trip. The condo was immaculate upon arrival. All instructions were perfectly provided to us for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything u could possibly need. You wouldn't have to bring anything. Everything was labeled as well which we really appreciated. We knew which lights were for what. The remotes for the TV were labeled, Dishes were labeled(safe for dishwasher) , laundry was labeled. Perfect instructions for everything. I have NEVER slept so good on vacation. There is nothing like your own bed. I never sleep good away from home. I have to say that I slept like a baby. The beds were so comfortable, plus the blackout blinds were a great touch and helped the kids sleep in a bit. The location is ideal. You are walking distance to everything (short walk to beach, Bay village, ice cream, mini golf, fantasy island, 711). The location was perfect! Besides from needing something from the grocery store or a specific restaurant that is further out you literally do not have to drive anywhere and have everthing you need all within walking distance. The pool was open to boaters only which was a disappointment, so were were unable to use the pool or hot tub. The sunsets on the bay are gorgeous. We really enjoyed having our coffee on the porch in the morning and some drinks in the evenings The view of the bay was great and relaxing. There is a community area for grilling and eating area which we did not use. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The owners were great to work with throughout booking, check in/checkout. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Perfect
When looking for a spot in LBI look no further. From the location to the convenience. You could not get any better. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated and you couldn’t get any better with the view. You can walk to a ton of amazing restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to come back.
