Enjoy the ocean from this clean and spacious 4+ bedroom air-conditioned home only 3 houses from the beach at a lifeguard-staffed location. Relax in the bright and open living room and eat in kitchen, and enjoy family gatherings around the oversize dining room table in the Family Room or in the large back yard. The beach house, named after the family's old wooden fishing boat, the Blue Noodle, has 9 beds (3 queen and 6 twin), so your family and friends can enjoy the fabulous Jersey Shore together:
* Piping Plover bedroom on the first floor has a queen bed
* Sandpiper bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds
* Pelican bedroom on the second floor has a queen and twin bed, table and chairs
* Sea grass bedroom on the second floor has a queen and twin bed, table and chairs
* Family Room with dining room table on the first floor has two twin beds in the back.

The Blue Noodle is three houses from the ocean and a glorious wide white sand beach which is rated one of the top beaches in the USA. We are located in a quiet residential area yet walking or biking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, bike and boat rentals, fishing holes, tennis courts, miniature golf, Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Arcade and Thundering Surf Water Slide so you can enjoy many diversions. Also nearby are local art galleries, massage and yoga, Victorian homes, and concerts in Beach Haven's central park. Look on the map to see just how close the Blue Noodle is to the ocean and the bay, and then come to enjoy all she has to offer. There are also sunset cruises and excursions to Atlantic City. Or you might also enjoy the Lighthouse at the North end of the island, where you can join a party fishing boat, explore the art museum or enjoy the shops at Viking Village. There are also wonderful golf courses just off the island.

Summer 2020: We use Complete Cleaning Services who are committed to providing cleaning services to reduce virus exposure to the surfaces in the Blue Noodle. Our cleaning staff will wash the sheets and make the beds with pillows, but as an important layer of protection and cleanliness, but we will not provide bedspreads, blankets or towels, as our cleaning staff will not be able to launder everything between guest stays each week. We may be able to provide these extra linens at an additional price, please contact us to see if we can arrange something specific. Check-in time has been extended to 4:00pm to ensure the home has been properly cleaned and prepared for each new guest, and we are allowing flexible schedules to maximize time between guest stays. Cleaning staff will: Use of products that meet EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19; Fresh, bleach cleaned rags or cleaning cloths for each home; Uniformed crew members with enhanced training; Wiping down all door knobs, door handles, remote controls, and light switches with approved products; Use of new MedPride Disposable gloves and new 3-ply Disposable face masks in each home for each crew member. We will get through this together!

BLUE NOODLE RULES
(See the Blue Noodle Notebook on the kitchen table)

Have a wonderful time at the beach! See the Beach Advice, emergency information and other parts of the Notebook, including fun things to do during your stay at the Blue Noodle.

Please CLOSE ALL WINDOWS when it rains or when leaving the house to prevent rain damage—the rain really pours in. Make sure the outside umbrella is down on windy days to prevent wind damage.

Please limit the amount of SAND you bring into the house! Please wash feet and shake sand out of clothes and towels before entering the house. Use the hose and bins on the side of the house to rinse off before coming in the house or showering. Please shake sand out of towels and clothes before putting them into the washer and dryer.

Please be kind to the earth and the neighbors. Please close the windows when the air conditioning is on. Try to save water and electricity, and set the air conditioning (or heat) to low settings to reduce pollution. Maintain quiet times between 10:00pm and 8:00am so neighbors can sleep. No parties.

Please keep the property and all furnishings clean and in good order. Avoid dark foods or drinks in the living room on the upholstered furniture. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. If we find that guests have clogged the toilet or sewer system, including from sand, the Guest can be charged damages for plumbing repairs. Please recycle and take out the trash -- garbage pickup days and other important house information are posted or in the Notebook.

No overnight guests over the maximum occupancy of 12. Only the Guests listed on the license agreement may stay overnight in the property. Any other persons visiting the property are the sole responsibility of the signing Guest.

NO SMOKING on the property. Please, no candles other than on birthday cakes.

NO PETS are allowed on the property.

Let us know about any needed repairs or improvements. We want to make sure you have what you need when you come to stay and that everything is in good working order.

Please clean up after your stay. Linens and bath towels are included, but please limit their use. Housekeeping services are provided after your stay, but we ask that you leave the house in good shape. See the Notebook checkout list.

“Blue Noodle” Beach House
Short Term License Agreement

This Short Term License Agreement (Agreement) is made by and between Kye Briesath (Homeowner who represents the property owners) and the Signing Guest (Guest or Guests)—collectively with Homeowner referred to herein as the Parties—as of the date last set forth on the signature portion of this Agreement. For fair and open consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged in this agreement, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

Property (premises). The real property subject to this Agreement is located at Atlantic Avenue and 29th Street in Beach Haven, NJ 08008 (as described in correspondence with the Homeowner or in https://www.vacationrentalslbi.com/listing.739 or www.VRLBI.com). The Property is only 3 houses from the Beach, is fully furnished and includes 9 beds and linens for each bed (3 queen beds and 6 twin beds), kitchen appliances (dishwasher, convection oven, refrigerator, ice maker), beach badges and access to the beach as described in the website or by the Homeowner.

Signing Guest (Guests). The guests allowed to use the Property under this Agreement shall consist of the Signing Guest and only the Guests listed on the signing portion of this agreement that include the names and ages of each person who will be staying overnight in the Property. The Guests shall not attempt to sublet the Property or assign this Agreement to any third party for any reason. The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 12 persons, and no parties are allowed on the Property.

License Period. This Agreement shall begin at 3:00pm of the Checkin Date and end at 11:00am on the Checkout Date (summer only, check in and out times are negotiable during other seasons) that are listed on the signature portion of this agreement, which is the minimum stay for this Agreement. If the Guests stay for less than the number of days listed, the Guests will be charged the full license rate for the dates specified on this agreement and related correspondence from the Homeowner (see Cancellation Policy).

License Rate. Payment in full of the agreed upon license rate shall be due to Homeowner 2 months in advance of the Checkin Date, but if this Agreement is signed within that 2-month period, the payment in full is due immediately. The Homeowner only allows Saturday to Saturday license periods in the summer season of the year, unless agreed upon in writing with the Homeowner in advance and prorated accordingly. Note the specific rates for license period dates as posted on the website, or clarify off-season weekends or multiple week rrate discounts in advance with the Homeowner.

Deposit: A reservation/security deposit of $500 per week is due to confirm the reservation and will be returned within 30 days of the Checkout date as specified below. Please note that if the Homeowner receives a Deposit for the same week(s) from another guest before the Homeowner receives payment from this Guest, the Homeowner reserves the right to return the Deposit as soon as possible and this Agreement shall be deemed immediately null and void at the Homeowner’s sole discretion. The Deposit initially serves as a reservation deposit that may be forfeited in the event of a Guest cancellation (see Cancellation Policy). This Deposit automatically converts to a Security Deposit upon final payment of license fee and shall be refunded within 30 days of the Checkout Date provided the Homeowner determines that no deductions need to be made due to Guest including, but not limited to, the following:
o damage or loss to the property or furnishings;
o excessive sand, dirt or mess requiring extra cleaning, including evidence of smoking or pets;
o any other costs incurred by Homeowner due to the Guests' stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged at Check-in, the Guest shall inform the Homeowner immediately.

Payment: Payment may be made to the Homeowner in the form of a personal check, through PayPal or Venmo or bank transfer, unless a separate form of payment is agreed upon in advance at the sole discretion of the Homeowner. You can use paypal.me/KyeBriesath or let me know where to send a Venmo request. Checks can be made out to Kye Briesath and sent to the Homeowner's address listed at the end of this Agreement. The Homeowner will charge the Guest for any fees related to returned checks.

Cancellation Policy: If the Guests wish to cancel the reservation or shorten the length of stay as specified in this Agreement, the Deposit and/or the paid license fee will be refunded as follows:
• 100% of the payments will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the Checkin Date;
• 50% of the payments will be returned if cancelled 30 days prior to the Checkin Date.
However, if the Homeowner is able to license the property during any portion of the license period covered in the terms of this Agreement but not occupied by the Guest, the Homeowner may refund the Deposit and/or any other license payments provided herein as determined at the sole discretion of the Homeowner minus a cancellation fee. The Homeowner encourages Guests to purchase traveler insurance.

If the Homeowner finds that the Guests are not taking care of the Property, or are causing excessive damage, or are raising other concerns about responsible use of the Property, Homeowner reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time and the Guest may be refunded the remainder of the license fee prorated for the time not using the premises at the sole discretion of Homeowner.

Storms: No refunds shall be provided to Guest for any weather-related events unless the state or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of LBI as part of an affected Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area during the agreed upon license dates and/or a mandatory evacuation order has been ordered for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area of the residence of the signing Guest during the agreed upon dates. If in the event of such a mandatory evacuation order, the Homeowner shall refund a prorated amount of the license fee for the duration of the affected mandated evacuation period, including:
• Any unused portion of the license fee from a Guest currently staying at the house;
• Any unused portion of license fee from a Guest that is scheduled to arrive, shorten their stay, or arrive after the mandatory evacuation is lifted; and
• Any advance license fees collected or deposited for a Guest scheduled to be at the Property during the mandatory evacuation period.

Access: The Guests shall allow the Homeowners access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. The Homeowner shall exercise this right of access upon reasonable notice unless entry to the Property is the result of an emergency or immediate repair need on the Property or there is a default under the terms of this Agreement.

Liability: Guests agree not to hold the Homeowner responsible or liable for any accidents or damage to the Property, or any persons on the Property, caused while at the premises or occurring on the premises, including personal injuries of any kind to any of the Guests or to their guests at the property. Guests shall hold the Homeowners harmless of any damages or costs related to the Guests' use of the Property and shall indemnify the Homeowner for any costs or expenses resulting from Guests' occupation of the Property. The Signing Guest is responsible to pay the cost of repairs for any damage to the premises, or any physical damages for others that may have been hurt, during the lease period at the property. Guests are responsible for their safety and the proper use of the premises. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while guests are on the premises. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. By accepting this agreement, Guests agree that they are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and the people using the premises during the license period. The Guests shall be liable to the Homeowner for any costs or expenses resulting from any damage to the Property or a breach of this Agreement by the Guests including all reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the Homeowner.

No Lease. The Signing Guest hereby acknowledges that this Agreement is a license for the occupation of the Property for the time periods agreed upon herein. Guest does not have any rights to the Property as a tenant and this Agreement does not provide Guests with any possessory interest in or to the Property. Guests further acknowledges that this Agreement is not subject to the New Jersey Anti-Eviction Act and that Guests and any other occupants to the Property may be immediately removed from the Property by the Homeowner upon the failure to vacate the Property in the time periods provided herein or upon any breach of this Agreement as determined solely by the Homeowner.

Rules: Guests hereby agree to abide by the Blue Noodle Rules at the end of this Agreement at all times while at the Property and shall cause all Guests and anyone else the Guests permit on the property to abide by these rules at all times while at the Property. The Rules are attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement. The Rules are subject to change, but are generally very reasonable to ensure that the property is well maintained and that all have a fun and safe time.

Signature Portion

Commitment: The Signing Guest agrees to the terms of this Agreement as evidenced by the signature set forth below, and will be held responsible for any Guests at the house. In addition, the Signing Guest's signature below authorizes the Homeowner to conduct any background check and/or contact references prior to final confirmation of the Agreement.

The Signing Guest only needs to return this portion of the agreement to the Homeowner with the Security Deposit of $500 to confirm this agreement -- you can scan and email, text a phone photo, or snail mail the agreement. If more than one family is interested, I generally confirm the first I receive a deposit from. Once I receive the signed agreement and deposit, I will confirm your reservation. After I receive your payment in full I will send directions, entry instructions and other details so you have everything you will need for your stay.

True Beach Relaxation

Nothing fancy here but the beach, 100 years away! We have been here two years in a row. Kye is wonderful. This is the perfect place for a group of friends and family. Equipped with all the needs for perfect beach weather, and also rain day entertainments. Looking forward to next year!

Spacious Staying

Great Beach House! Family Friendly!

We had a great time during our stay at the Blue Noodle! It was clean and it was great to be so close to the beach. The house had a Sonos speaker which was great to listen to our own music. Owner was very pleasant and responsive throughout the process.

Summer Fun!

My family and I had the most wonderful time at the Blue Noodle. The house has great karma. All the amenities that you would need for an awesome beach vacation! My brother took one of the rusty bikes every morning and loved it! The location is perfect!! We sat on the beach all day and were able to go back to the house with ease to have lunch. Close to the stores and amusement park. We are definitely looking to go back next year!

Great House right by the Beach!

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Noodle, at the end of 3 nights there, we really felt at home. The house is equipped with every thing you could need for a beach vacation rental. The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The description of the ouse was exactly as listed, Kye was very helpful with instructions, I would certainly recommend the place to friend and family. We had such a wonderful September in Beach Haven, I think we will plan another week in LBI next September!

Clean, spacious, very close proximity to the ocean!

This 4 bedroom house was perfect for myself, 7 other adults, and 1 child. There were even beds in the dining area if you have additional people in your group. House was very clean and fully stocked with linens and kitchen supplies!!! Also, the rusty bikes were a extra bonus with the house! We made it all the way to the south end of the island and back-the bikes were use at your own risk, but they were mostly dependable! House is conveniently located to the ocean as well as many attraction!! It would have been nice to have an shower upstairs, but not a necessity. 1/2 bath upstairs was a plus! The out door shower was an extra plus too! Overall, my family and I had a great long weekend while staying here!!

Absolutely Loved the Blue Noodle!

The description was right...The Blue Noodle has amazing Karma. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and saw the backyard we knew this would be a great week. The hammock, large table and outdoor shower was perfect for our family. The house has plenty of sleeping options and great amenities. Lots of towels and sheets provided which was very convenient. Just a few steps out the front door and you are at the beach ready to have some fun. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes from great dining, shops and exploring LBI. Will definitely be back to the Blue Noodle next year :)

Awesome Home!

My family and I stayed at the blue noodle twice now. We love staying at this house during the summer! They keep it clean and it has so many beds to fit all 14 of us. The owner is very professional and very good about getting back to my emails. We can't wait to stay at the noodle again next year!
