Policies
RATES - subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival.
Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend to be charged at the Saturday rate if not booking for the entire week.

Paradise
There is little need to look further when considering a rental at LBI!
And that is because of Robin,the owner.
Our family has been vacationing
at LBI for the last 12 years, and has experienced homes that , ultimately, didn’t deliver. We came upon Robins “Oasis”2 years ago and looked nowhere else … It is
comparable to a resort.
We have 4 young children who would have slept in the pool if allowed! The backyard Tiki
bar is the place to mix pina coladas while enjoying the flat screen tv on the porch….
There is nothing lacking in this home… even the comforters were pristine….
A warm and beautiful home.. no issues…. just a straight
up relaxing place to be with those you love..
…and much appreciation , Robin, for the pool’s temperature; your thoughtfulness for our children doesn’t go unnoticed…

Great for Family Vacation
We loved our family vacation at Oasis by the Sea in LBI. Owner is very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect as the beach is out the front door to the right. Good restaurants, coffee shop, stores, and activities are within walking distance. Pool and slide are a bonus! House was very comfortable for all 11 of us. Amenities were terrific!

Perfect beach getaway
Our family had a wonderful vacation enjoying all the Oasis by the Sea has to offer. We loved spending afternoons around the tropical themed pool and close walking access to the beach was a huge plus!! Great location on the island as well, near many restaurants and the coffee shop that is located on the same block was super convenient. The house is very spacious for everyone to spread out. Loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided at the house. And of course, very grateful this home is dog friendly and we could bring our whole family with us. Michael was wonderful to work with and quick to respond, if needed. We can’t wait to return for another vacation in paradise. Thank you Michael for sharing your beach home with us.

Best Family Vacation
We had an amazing week at Mikes home. Only left a handful of times. Home is very comfortable tv in every room which is important for us. Any questions were answered quickly. Pool was perfect. Location is perfect. Ice Cream man out front your door each day !

Great house for families and large groups
This house is perfect for families and large groups especially during the summer. The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach. The pool is also amazing and not something you typically find with LBI rentals. The house was very clean and Michael went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Plenty of TVs, beds, kitchen amenities and the outdoor decks have great views of the beach. Overall a great experience and I would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect Escape
We had a perfect escape at Oasis by the Sea. Our family spent hours lounging in the beautifully landscaped back yard and swimming in the heated pool. The beach was steps away and the house was stocked with chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. It was perfect kite flying weather and when we weren’t playing at the beach or back yard we relaxed in the comfortable house. There was plenty of room to spread out and the view was spectacular from the upstairs. Our kids kept saying “best vacation ever”.

Amazing Beach Vacation
Clean, spacious, well maintained shore home. The pool back patio area was second to none. We spent so much time out there. Right over the dunes to the beach. We didn’t lack for anything. Can’t wait to do back next year!!!

Amazing Beach House - Steps to the Ocean
Excellent rental. House has everything you could ask for - even an outdoor TV. Extra clean, well stocked, and what a location - literally a few steps to the beach. Owner super easy to deal with and very responsive. Prompt return of the deposit and a pleasure to deal with. Only downside is the house isn't available for the rest of the summer.

The best summer rental ever!!
The owner is amazing to deal with. The house was absolutely comfortable and cozy and the backyard was the best!!! Also the location was great!!!! I highly would Recomended this home to rent.

Perfect Perfect Perfect
From start to finish of our booking Robin and Mike were wonderful. Quick response times, detailed emails with information and check lists. The property is amazing and perfect for kids big or small. We had 5 teenagers with us and plenty of room for everyone. Literally steps to the beach, back yard is amazing, cozy and relaxing to enjoy day or night. House is well maintained inside and out. Comfy furniture, great kitchen, well stocked with all that we needed for our week. No key locks are a great addition with teens in and out (no keys to lose). Easy on and off the island with plenty local shops and eateries within walking distance. Thank you Robin and Mike for having such a great setting to spend our week in Surf City! ;)
