This custom home is the second house from the beach. Located in Brant Beach on 33rd Street, this house offers an incredible beach experience.

Spectacular ocean and bay views from five decks with two living rooms and wet bar. Bedrooms include two suites; a master suite with a king-size bed, private deck, in room bathroom with jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and television, a guest master suite with queen-size bed and in-room bathroom. The pineapple bedrooms sleep two on single beds, while the kids room has bunk beds and sleeps four. A pull-out, queen-size sleeper on the first floor living room sleeps two.

The first floor living room has two sofas and wall unit with television, VCR/DVD, stereo, and X-box. The second floor living room has spectacular ocean views, fireplace, 36-inch TV, and wireless internet.

A fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and granite countertop lets you eat in or go out to excellent local restaurants.

The living room deck has outdoor furniture, great for outside dining or cocktails while looking at the breathtaking ocean view.

Spectacular

Everything about our week here was spectacular! This immaculate and spacious home offers everything you want for a relaxing vacation. The home is beautifully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the upper deck and meals on the deck off the dining room. The perfect mix of sun, shade, sea breezes and views! We hated to leave and can't wait to do it again next year!

Excellent Family Stay

We have now stayed here for a week two summers in a row and booking for our third. The house is very spacious, immaculately clean and perfect for our extended family. The kids all get to sleep together in a bunk bed room and then there are three spacious bedrooms (two with their own bathrooms). All the beach house amenities to make it an easy stay (outdoor shower, hoses everywhere, roomy garage, keypad accessible front door and garage, double driveway). Sonos speakers and smart TVs are nice touches as is a beverage fridge on the first floor which helps store soft drinks and adult drinks too. Nice rooftop area with four sturdy Adirondack chairs for sunset/sunrise viewings.

Couldn't be closer to the beach which is as beautiful as you'd imagine. Light crowds, short walk which is key when carrying a million things to keep the kids busy. Short drives to rides, walking distance to ice cream, breakfast spots, liquor store, mini-golf, candy store, etc. A lot of delivery options on door dash as well and about a 10 minute drive to the main restaurants.

Tom the owner is a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, fair and professional. We have had very smooth trips in all respects and look forward to continuing to do so for a long time.

It's an absolute five start experience and one you should have no doubts about booking as summer weeks book up fast!

Every year gets better

We've been coming to this house for several years now. Our family loves everything about it. A few steps to the beach. Gorgeous views from the roof top deck. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. A well stocked kitchen. And immaculate condition. A short walk to the Pancake House and miniature golf. Can't wait for next summer.

Great home!!!

Recently stayed at this beautiful house in Brant Beach. There was more space than we imagined, well maintained, and literally steps to the beach. The owner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this home!!

Great house, great location - hope to come again!

Only good things to say about our week in Brant Beach. The house is lovely - spacious, clean, lots of great outdoor space. Steps from the beach! Owner was easy to work with and responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful accommodations

The is was the fourth year my family and I stayed at the house. It is beautifully appointed, immaculate and roomy. Steps to the beach, great dining and shopping. A kind owner who is extremely responsive if needed. I highly recommend this house.
