First house in Surf City sited beautifully on a triple oceanfront lot. This spacious 7-8 bedroom/multi level home overlooks the ocean from most every room... yet, the expansive floor plan allows for privacy and flexibility. There is NO greater spot!!,,, You are ON the beach!!! Private parking for plenty of cars. Kids can come and go to the beach as they please,, Lifeguards are right out front ( June-Sept)

Large Living/Family/and Dining Rooms that capture unbelievable views of the ocean.
Massive Great Room with vaulted ceiling/skylights and slider to 2nd level bayside deck. This room hosts a full wet bar/fridge/HDTV and games galore.
There are two master suites with full ocean views.
The main level has a King Master Bedroom with private bath.
And a Full Bedroom, both with sliders to the oceanside deck.
There is also a full pullout couch "bedroom" off the Great Room.
The 2nd level master has a King bed, walk in closet, and full bath. Upstairs also has a queen bed and queen pullout sofa. This room is equipped with a half bath, microwave and wet bar.
Our oceanside deck runs the length of the house, with a gas grill, dining table, umbrella and lounge chairs.
2nd level Queen (southern) suite boasts full ocean views, balcony and spiral staircase.
Bunk room has a twin bed and triple bunk.
Lower level, off the garage is a Queen bed with full pullout and Shower bath.
Bayside, there is a 2nd level deck which overlooks the backyard. Enjoy evening sunsets from here.
Outdoor shower/ fenced in yard.
Beach access is just steps away.
Our home has all the amenities... Bring your bathing suit, relax and enjoy!!!!
Lease is limited to 22 persons...No Prom Parties or groups under the age of 25, need apply!

Friend Reunion
We had an amazing long weekend at this incredible house right on the beach in LBI. So convenient to everything on the island (& off), this house had more than enough room for all of us and then some. The views & beach access were awesome. Kim was also great to work with and very responsive. Can not recommend highly enough!

Fantastic Family Vacation
This was our first family vacation on LBI and it was perfect!! The ocean views from this house are spectacular! Most of our time was spent on the beach which was steps out the door. This made it so easy to have lunch at the house. Mornings were spent on the deck with coffee ( or tea) enjoying the breeze and sunrise. The large kitchen fit our group comfortably. At night we did stargazing on the deck and played board games in the large family room. The bedrooms were all comfortable and plenty of room for all of us to spread out since a few of us had remote work to complete. We loved our time here and "Thank You Kim" for always being accessible and sharing your home with us!

Family Week at LBI
Our family including 13 grandkids had a great week at this house. Lots of room to spread out. Location is perfect. Wonderful views from the deck. Umbrellas, badges, beach chairs, beach toys and boards all available. Kitchen and eating areas worked well for a large family. Used LBI DreamMakers for linens at Kim's suggestion. Just a great time for all.
The owner Kim is great to work with. She always replied promptly to any questions I had previous to coming. During our stay we had an issue with a bed and she had a new mattress delivered that day.
I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Beautiful house, beautiful view!
What a lovely time we had at this house! The views were absolutely gorgeous. The owner, Kim, was truly amazing. She was very easy to work with, very communicative, and super helpful! We had a large party, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was inviting, and the great room was the perfect place to hang at night. Highly, highly recommend.
