The top floor drenched with natural light, houses the living and dining areas as well as a fully equipped kitchen. East, west & south facing decks(3) offer great sunbathing and a gas grill. The roof deck has panoramic views of the ocean, bay and Atlantic City. The house has central a/c, heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, Tivo, DVD player, Playstation 3, 3 TV's and wireless internet. Four bedrooms include a master with king bed, one room with a queen bed, one with a full bed and a full futon as well as a 'kids' room with twin bunk beds and a single twin. Outdoors there is a private shower/dressing room and ample parking. Bike to town or walk to the wildlife preserve from this convenient, quiet location. After years on LBI, we know what you would want in a beach house!
