This is our family home which gets rented out on a very limited basis every summer while we are away on vacation. Located on a quiet private lane within walking distance of Surf City restaurants, ice cream, liquor stores, bars, butcher shop , boutique shops and mini golf. Not in the mood to walk? No problem take the LBI shuttle to anywhere on the island. 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths. Sleeps 10 Family room has convertible sofa. All queen size beds. Reverse living lower flooor has three bedrooms and family room, upper floor has dining area, living area and en-suite master. Upper deck gets full sun while lower deck is shady retreat to relax and read. Outdoor gazebo is perfect for gathering after a day on the beach with a refreshing cold drink,
Guests supply their own linens, towels, toiletries,paper products. This is not an Airbnb
