This newly renovated custom built duplex offers guests a wide range of upgraded amenities and luxury to enjoy when when you're not soaking up the sun at the beach, riding the waves or enjoying a meal at a local restaurant.
The kitchen offers custom Italian kitchen cabinets, with Ceasarstone counter tops and sea glass & marble back splash. Stainless steel sinks with upgraded fixtures, and brand new appliances make your dining-in experience easy and enjoyable.
The full bathroom has custom-built tile shower, tiled flooring, and European designed cabinetry. The half bathroom is off the kitchen.
Wood grain look tile floors throughout the main area, with hard wood floors in the 3 bedrooms provides easy care and is cool under your feet after a day in the hot sun. The unit sleeps 6, comfortably (8 maximun); 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds and one with 2 twin beds. There is a stacked washer/dryer for your added convenience; HD flat screen televisions are mounted in two bedrooms plus there is a 50” flat screen television in the living room.
New modern furniture throughout with touches of reclaimed wood pieces gives a contrast of old and new for you to enjoy your stay in comfort and style. The house also features top of the line Hunter Douglas window treatments throughout.
There is a private deck off the kitchen to enjoy outdoor eating with beautiful outdoor table and chairs. The backyard features a stone paved walkway and seating area, top of the line gas grill, outdoor furniture and lighting as well as an outdoor shower with changing area. A dining table with 6 cushioned chairs and an umbrella finish off the back yard. The front of the house features a 7 foot wide brick porch, where you can sit and soak up some the sun if you don't want to stroll to the beach.

This house has provided us with many years of wonderful memories. The location begin so close to the beach and to entertainment, it was a great choice for me and now for my family. Long Beach Island is such a wonderful place to spend the summer, and the off season as well, but in particular the area around Beach Haven, which offers such a wide variety activities. having a home in this area allows you to park your car and put your keys away for the rest of your stay. It's walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarkets; for the kids, a water park, amusement park, and miniature golf; for the fisherman in the family, the beach offers great surf fishing, or you can get a boat and go out on the bay or the ocean. Or the whole family can walk to the bay and enjoy the sunset.

Pets not allowed: Unfortunately I can't allow pets at the house, I've tried in the past and had bad results.
My cousin and I have had a terrific week on the island. We absolutely love this house. We’re on the second floor. The place was very clean when we arrived and we had concerns due to COVID. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything we’ve needed. We love how this space is decorated. So tasteful and the photographs within were taken by the owner. We hope to return next year! Thank you Joe and family for making this week so special.

We have been staying at this house for over 20 years. After Sandy, it was renovated with impeccable amenities. There is amble outdoor spaces to congregate and cook/eat and all your needs are met for entertaining. We have stayed on the first floor and the second and both are wonderfully accommodating. This house is perfect because it’s not only a few steps from the beach but it is also in heart of beach haven. Fantasy Island and awesome shopping are very close. It’s a quiet street with great neighbors and we highly recommend renting here! The owners are wonderful people and easy to work with. We highly recommend renting here!

LBI is an ocean lovers' dream. To enjoy it totally you must see the house we have rented for 15 - plus years. It is on the ocean block, just a few feet from the dunes.
The house is a duplex up and down. Each floor has three bedrooms and a bath and a half bath. Oh, the extra half bath makes all the difference for the girls. I love it. It is a bright, cheery home with technology and tv’s everywhere. Children love it.
The furniture is sturdy and nice looking. The kitchen is bright with modern appliances and all the extras we look for such as wine opener, lobster forks, and wine glasses. Joe takes care of beach badges, and the outdoor shower and locker are terrific, as is the backyard grill.
The owner takes much pride in his home. It is well maintained and he is a joy to work with. This
Is the place to have the summer of your dreams. Rent and enjoy.

Been staying here for 3 years. Very clean,so convenient: a few houses from the beach, great outdoor area w grill and tables, outdoor shower , well stocked kitchen. Close to Bay Village. Newly renovated! Great owner, easy to deal with. We love it!

This house is great. It is newly renovated, open, bright, and super close to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms a great size. Outside there is a shower, grill and table, as well as a private table on the deck. In the house are a full bath and half bath. The washer and dryer are also key. Joe was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely rent again.
