Great family vacay
The house not only provided us with magnificent views and proximity to the beach, but It had everything we needed . Nick was a responsive owner — we had a small issue with a toilet malfunction and he was there the next morning to fix it . Nick also gave us some great tips before we arrived . Book this house . You won’t be disappointed .

Great Time! Beautiful House!
My family of 9 recently spent a week at this property. Had a great time, house views where beautiful, layout was great for our family. Owner accomodated early checkin which was great as we had a car full of groceries. There were only a few beach chairs could use a few more but other than that great vacation, booked next year already.

Relaxation Paradise
It was our first time renting this property. Even though the weather wasn’t great every day the view and sound of the waves more than made up for it.

Great week in LBI
Beautiful house right on the beach! This house was clean on arrival, had multiple spacious decks, and enough room for multiple families. We had a great week there!

IT WAS PERFECT !
My friends ( 5 adults and 3 children 7 and under) thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house is spacious enough where the adults and kids had ample space to spread out. The deck was our favorite place after the beach and into the night. The sound of the ocean was calming all day and night. The proximity to the beach, of course, could not be beat! Acme, too, and area restaurants were conveniently close by! It was perfect! Many thanks to Nick!!

Love this house!
We have been coming back to this house for many years with my family and friends for our "Moms Weekend". Great house and very spacious. Beautiful ocean views, clean, neat, right on the beach and plenty of deck for sun & wine. Our older family members use the first floor bedrooms so no stairs. The owner (Nick) is always accommodating and easy to deal with. Be back next year!
