Welcome to Seaside Quarters, our family & group friendly 4-bedroom YEAR ROUND vacation home, where MOST EVERYTHING you need or want is here for your enjoyment!
We’re the perfect LBI home for large families, multi-generational families, multiple families and groups, who want a vacation home close to the beach & bay, yet footsteps from shops, restaurants and mini golf!
And, we're footsteps to Yellow Fin Restaurant, close to Anchor Produce, Okie's Butcher Shop, Fresh Seafood & cheese shops, day spa, ice cream parlors, Rita's and several mini-golf courses.
Our comfortable, open & airy 4-bedroom beach house sleeps 14 and is stocked with all linens and bath towels,10 Surf City Season beach badges, 5 flat screen TVs, WiFi, 6 bikes 4 fishing poles, plenty of crab traps, beach chairs and more, so you will have a wonderful time staying with us.
Mix in our fun and airy enclosed sun porch with dinner seating for 12 at our Amish made plank table, a game room with Foosball and darts, an outside shower, 2 Bluetooth Solar Speakers, a BBQ grill, picnic table, a fire pit and everyone's happy!
We even include bed linens, towels and sheets (Laundered by our professional cleaners), several chaise lounge chairs, some Adirondack chairs, an outside fire pit (even wood!), BBQ grill and a large LL Bean hammock, so you will enjoy both lazy days and enjoyable nights.
We even include a portable crib, booster chair and high chair, so if you have a little one it's very easy for you to come, relax and have a great vacation on LBI!
Seaside Quarters offers 4 bedrooms and a relaxing sun porch, with accommodation for up to 14 guests and boasts a great "foodies" kitchen, ceramic cookware, dining room, comfortable living room with a big flat screen TV & XBox 360.
The Primary bedroom on the second floor offers a king size bed and private sunroom with a trundle bed for 2.
Add in 2 additional bedrooms on the first floor each offer a Queen bed and the 4th bedroom, on the second floor has been designed for kids, with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, ideal for 4!
Plus, the couch is a Double sleeper, so bring the troops!
All guest bedrooms have cable / ROKU TVs and WIFI is offered throughout Seaside Quarters.
Recently renovated with beautiful wood floors, new flat screen TVs, new central HVAC system and a contemporary white finish throughout the home. The home is also 100% non-smoking.

About Randy Howat, the Owner:
My parents bought Seaside Quarters many years back, with my wife and I now owning her as of late 2013.
We love the quiet, convenient location of Seaside Quarters; especially our proximity to the beach, great restaurants, day spas, stunning sunsets and crabbing at the bay! And Anslee loves the Cheese Shop!
We have added beautiful hardwood floors, a contemporary clean white interior finish, WIFI and several flat screen TVs. But, we have also been careful to leave the warm comfortable family atmosphere our family has enjoyed for 4 generations!

We supply bikes, beach toys, fishing poles & crab traps & firepit. Guest assumes 100% liability for any injuries or damages incurred with their use.
Cleaning & Linen/Towel Laundry Fee: $195

Linens, towels and such are provided, however ALL items must be washed,dried, folded and returned to shelves, or a fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
10 Beach badges are provided.
Beach towels and household paper products are not provided, so plan to bring these.
Children welcome: Bikes, fishing poles, crab trabs and beach toys
Parties/events allowed: We do allow groups, with an added per person fee
Pets considered: We accept dogs under 50LBS

Great Property, Amazing Location and Super Nice Owner
My family rented this house for a few days through Thanksgiving week and we loved it! We walked our dog on the beach, played darts in the game room and had a fire in the firepit in the yard. Randy, the owner, answered my questions quickly and was very friendly. The house was everything it said on the VRBO site. It's just a few blocks from the beach and one house from the bay, and the house is bright and clean and the kitchen is well stocked for making Thanksgiving dinner! Thank you Randy for a great Thanksgiving stay with my family!

Just like home... but better!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful home! The house and all appliances were squeaky clean. Every room was spacious and the game room was a lot of fun.
If you need to use their linen and towels, they are clean and stacked neatly in every closet.
Randy was very responsive to any inquiries prior to our stay as well as during and after our visit.
Thanks Randy - We are looking forward to our next trip to your home.

Great Family & Frieda Getaway Home!
We had a great time in this property. Perfect get away place & location. Great for large groups! Kids enjoyed crabbing, foosball table, & the beach. Fire pit was enjoyed by all. Beach is really close to the property and you can find a market/shops within a few blocks away. Great place overall! Thanks !
Cons/Tip:
Instructions are to wash/fold your own sheets & towels before leaving.
When arriving beds are not made. We had to dig in closets to find sheets that could work. Most did not smell clean so we had to wash them before using. Previous users left the towels in washer machine & had to fold what was left behind. When checking out we find that there is no little to wash/dry & fold all sheets and towels before checkout at 11am. I would suggest cleaning crew should check that all sheets & towels are left in the proper location for next guests.

Very nice accommodations!
We shared this house with 3 families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids between the ages of 6 and 13) and it was fantastic! The house is comfortable and the game room / enclosed porch is a godsend on a rainy day. Randy is a pleasure to work with and takes pride in making sure his guests are treated well and enjoy their time at Seaside Quarters. Two thumbs up!

Family Beach Vacation
This was our family beach vacation and we had such a wonderful time. We went crabbing in the bay, used the fire pit for roasting marshmallows, went shopping, played miniature golf and of course, went to the beach every day!! We walked to everything - the shops, the market, the butcher shop, the Surf City Café, the beach, the restaurants and miniature golf - all within walking distance of this house!! This house came with all amenities for a beach vacation!! Surf City is such a great little beach town!! I will definitely go back to Surf City!!

Excellent - Very Enjoyable and lots of amenities!
Our kids enjoyed their stay at the home and it def helped that it was beautiful for the three days they were there. They had a chance to use the fire pit and make s'mores and use the game room as well. It was an easy walk to the beach and other LBI amenities.
Would definitely recommend Randy as an owner as he was easy to work with and get the details organized.

Great location, clean and great yard!
We had the perfect trip and stay in Surf City! We only wish it could have been longer!
The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 5! The kids absolutely enjoyed their rooms. They loved watching the sunset over the bay and it was only a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to come back during the warmer months so we can enjoy the beach!
The house was extremely clean and very well-maintained. We will be telling everyone about our wonderful stay in Surf City!

AWESOME home. FUN Weekend. TOTALLY CLEAN!
We loved this house, it made our weekend trip to LBI totally relaxing.
From the enjoying wood burning fireplace, the warm, comfortable layout, from the books, games and videos provided, we had a blast! Plus, it’s location to the beach & bay are very easy walks.
The owner was great to work with and the home is meticulously clean and very well equipped.
We will be back!
