Generously appointed with King, Queen, and Full beds plus a Full sized futon sofa bed, sleeps 8 comfortably. Custom tile and glass block shower in the master suite, with a hot tub on the adjoining deck. Gas grill and picnic table on the top rear deck for relaxing evening cocktails and dining. Chef's Kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless appliances - duel fuel range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. Living room with flat screen tv, Bose/Yamaha surround system with Blue Ray player, and WIFI throughout the house. Tons of good books on the built in cabinets. Central A/C with ceiling fans in all bedrooms, and 2 more on the top floor to keep you comfortable. Large, private outside shower to get the sand and salt off. Back yard with Jersey tomatoes , peppers and fresh herbs in the garden. Plenty of room for bikes, kayaks and fishing gear. Wonderful, quiet residential neighborhood, walking and biking distance to all of Beach Haven's activities. Close enough to all the action, but far enough away to ensure a good night's sleep. Perfect!
This was our second summer staying at Brian's house and our family loved every minute of it. There is nothing they did not think of when stocking this home.
The location cannot be beat. We can literally walk to everything.
We cannot wait to return next summer.

Perfect accommodations and perfect location!
Such a lovely home and so well appointed! The decorating is upscale and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with wonderful pots and pans, coffee maker.... really anything you can possibly need! The beds were comfortable and the showers. All had excellent water pressure, which is some thing. We are particularly excited about! The outdoor shower is lovely. Parking is fabulous. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance as well as many cute shops. We have been coming to Long Beach Island for over 50 years and we will definitely stay here again!

Charming Home Near Beach and Restaurants
This spotless home had a fully stocked kitchen and was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the decks and the hot tub as well as the excellent television set up. The owner is very responsive and detail oriented. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent in every way
My family and I absolutely loved this place! Everything was clean, modern, and well-organized. Very well-equipped and large kitchen, living room also very large. Basement bar very unique...we didn't use the large backyard or patio area but it was also beautiful.
Location cannot be beat - 1 to 3 blocks away from literally everything! Brian great to work with - highly recommend this place!

Returning to Long Beach Island for many seasons.
We have been visiting LBI for quite some time. We were very lucky to have found this outstanding property and property owners who go above and beyond so there clients will feel at home in there home. Located in the very heart of Beach Haven within walking distance to the White Sandy Beaches , Bars & Restaurants, Shopping , biking paths and amusements parks for all the whole families entertainment . Ending the day with a true LBI experience watching the Bay Side sunsets every evening.

Beach Haven Has The Location
We have stayed at his beautifully maintained home which is located within walking distance to the Beach and enjoyed the wonderful beach sun rises , bay side sun sets, restaurants and all its local amenities. Looking forward to our scheduled return in the summer of 2020.

Fantastic
This is our favorite place to stay on LBI. The location is PERFECT. There is a lot of walk-ability to beach, restaurants and bars. The house is immaculate. Dinners and sunsets on the bay from the uppermost deck are a real bonus. The hot tub off the master suite is the perfect way to end a fun filled vacation day. We're looking forward to next time.
