Description
The entrance to the private lifeguarded beach is just steps away. If you are not on the beach, you can still watch the waves break from inside the house or the multiple decks. The roof top deck provides 360 degree panoramic ocean and bay views.
The home has four (4) bedrooms (Two Master Suites) and three (3) full and one-half (1/2) bathrooms.
The upper level has a living room, large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room with cathedral ceilings. There is a master bedroom en suite (Queen bed) with sliding glass doors to the main deck. A powder room is also located on this level.
The lower level has another master bedroom en suite (Queen bed). The third bedroom has a Queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two (2) twin bunk beds (four singles). All of the bedrooms on this level have sliding glass doors to the covered deck.
An outside shower provides easy beach clean-up when you step off the beach.
Ten (10) beach badges and wi-fi provided for your convenience.
There is plenty of parking on the property including three (3) covered spots.
Located within walking/biking distance to the Long Beach Island Foundation and Loveladies Tennis Club.

Full-week rentals only - Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in: 3 p.m.; Check-out: 10 a.m.
No Proms, Graduation Parties or groups under 25 years of age.
Tenant responsible for replacing lost beach badges.
Tenants encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
The remaining fifty percent (50%) and security deposit is due thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least forty-five (45) days prior to the check-in date. If the property is re-rented for the full amount, Tenant will receive a full refund less a fifteen percent (15%) service fee. If not, Tenant will be responsible for any shortfall.

Best of the beach
This is the second time we have stayed at this great home, although it feels like we’ve been there more since it is so comfortable for us! It is a 2 minute walk to the beach via a private access path only usable by those who live or rent on this street.
The beach on this part of the island is spacious and uncrowded.
The house itself is spacious and well-maintained, with decks accessible from every level. The roof top deck gives views from the ocean to the bay, and was a favorite of my adult children as they added to their social media accounts. There is no street noise.
The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan and utensil you could possibly need. As others have said, truly one of the best things about this house is Donna, the owner. You cannot imagine a more responsive owner throughout the entire rental process and while we were at the house. We look forward to staying there again.

A fabulous, spacious vacation spot to enjoy the sandy beach in Loveladies on Long Beach Island
This a wonderful vacation home with everything we could wish for. The kitchen is very roomy and has every dish, pan and piece of equipment we needed. Each bedroom is spacious and provides a fabulous view of the ocean that is only one house away. We had eight family members there and everyone loved the rooms, the views, and the proximity to the beach, which is not crowded at all. Our incredible host provided everything to make our stay wonderful convenient , including beach tags, a grill, a large capacity washer and dryer. We called her with a couple questions and she was always available and went above and beyond to respond promptly. We were there for a week and were sad to leave. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a vacation and hope we can stay there again.

Great home steps to the beach
This is a lovely home just steps to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance, pot, pan, glass, dish and piece of silverware you would ever need. You can sit at the table while dining and look straight out to the ocean. The roof top deck is an added bonus, from which you can see both the bay and the ocean. The sunsets were a spectacular sight from there. There is a huge washer and dryer on the main bedroom level, capable of handling all your towels and clothing easily. Our family of 4-6, parents plus adult children, loved the quiet location close to the beach. None of the car/truck traffic from the main boulevard was apparent from this location. One of the best things about this property is Donna, the home's owner, who is extremely responsive and welcoming.

exceptional property
LBI has been our family reunion get together for the past few years. We have rented many homes with nice locations , but this house was beyond our expectations! great location, on the beach, quiet neighborhood and the house is gorgeous! The owners have done a beautiful job making sure every amenity is available.....the lovely furnishings, giant decks, sunset views and creature comforts (flat screen TVs, wifi etc) were all there in working order. Plenty of parking and beach badges for a great family gathering! We plan on coming back for many years!

Private beach/Ocean view
The property, the view, the private beach, the house and the owners made this first time renter a very happy lady! The expansive decks made every sunset picture perfect. The layout was perfect for friends and family. My daughters had an amazing summer and the experience "saved my life" in so many ways. We plan on coming back again and again. LBI is now our new home away from home. Thank you for everything.

More Than We Expected
This was our 6th year at LBI, with all prior rentals located south of the causeway. What an experience it was to be on the wide Loveladies beaches! We had them pretty much all to ourselves almost every day. This "1 Off the Beach home" was a terrific place to stay. It turned out to be the best layout we've ever had for 10 people. It had more actual room than expected, with outdoor deck space connected to every bedroom! It was also exceptionally neat and clean with well-designed room layouts for families. The kids loved the bunk beds and access to TV and games whenever they wanted. It seemed at times we were on our own private island! This home is in a quiet neighborhood with essentially no street traffic. There is plenty of private parking on the property and lots of room for any beach items you want to bring. Donna was very attentive and responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We'd stay there again in an instant.

Amazing LBI Rental - Steps From the Beach
This house is awesome. The house itself is incredibly clean. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything and anything you can imagine. The decks are spectacular with amazing views of the sunset. The beautiful, clean beach is across the private street and is very convenient. My family loved everything about this rental, from the TV's in the kids bedroom to the huge outdoor shower. Personally, my favorite part was standing at the kitchen sink looking out at the ocean.

Perfect jersey shore summer vacation!
Staying in this house was a dream come true! It fit our family's needs perfectly! The large open kitchen and dining area connected to the living room was perfect for our entire family to not only enjoy meals together but also relax and play games. The decks connected to this area were added bonuses and we often took advantage of the beautiful ocean view. It was so peaceful to have our morning cups of coffee out there. Our kids thought it was amazing that you could hear the ocean! They also loved their large bedroom which not only had bunk beds but also a tv! The adults also loved their spacious bedrooms each one with their own full bathroom and access to a deck. The mommies appreciated the washer and dryer as well as the dish washer. Being so close to the beach was spectacular! It was so easy to enjoy it all throughout the day without having a long walk to haul all of our things. The location made it so convenient for everyone to meet there at their leisure. We can't say enough good things about this house. It offers everything a vacation should be!
