Located only two houses from the bay on a quiet lane in beautiful Loveladies, this reverse living home is THE perfect vacation spot! The 360 degree panoramic views from the roof top deck are truly spectacular! More incredible views abound as you enjoy quiet moments or dine on the large outdoor main level and upper level decks.
Relax in the home's spacious upper level where you will find a bright and airy open floor plan which includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar (new granite countertops and all new stainless-steel appliances), living room, and dining room all with cathedral ceilings and beautiful hardwood floors. Ample seating in the living room make it a perfect gathering place. A large master suite with a private bathroom as well as a hall powder room complete the upper level's indoor space.
The lower level features another comfortable family room/den, three bedrooms (each with two twin beds), a full hall bath with tub and another master suite with a private bathroom.
Designed so that everyone can come together or escape to have privacy, this home is perfect for your family getaway or a multigenerational family vacation.
The life-guarded ocean beach is a short five minute walk away or enjoy the home's heated pool. Long Beach Island Arts Foundation is a few blocks to the south and offers a children's day camp, yoga, exercise classes, tennis, art classes and more activities for all ages.
Ample parking, living and sleeping space and gorgeous bay views, you will want to come back to our home year after year!
Open to fall, winter and seasonal rentals. Tenants must sign owners addendum attached to lease.

This is a non-smoking home. NO exceptions! If evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind in the home is identified, renter will lose entire security deposit.
The pool open May 24 - September 27, 2025 (10 am), weather dependent. Speak with owner about specifics.
$20 rental application processing fee.
We do not provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, dish towels or beach badges.
Dogs considered on a case by case basis. Non-refundable dog fee (if applicable): $400/per dog, 2 dog maximum, must be pre-approved by owner. Completion and return of owner's dog addendum required as well as lease and owner lease addendum.

Nice gem!
This home will certainly meet your needs and beyond. We have stayed here two years in a row for one week in July. Some things we really appreciate about this house are the openness of the great room and the well stocked and well laid out kitchen - perfect for larger families. We also appreciate the convenience of the extra basement fridge/freezer, the use of the large garage for our bikes, and the very easy and plentiful parking. It is on a super quiet street with just a couple of houses and no traffic. Very peaceful.

Repeat renters at this wonderful house.
This house is absolutely wonderful. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 kids. We all had an amazing time. The pool is such a great addition to have on our beach vacation. We truly enjoyed coming back from a day on the beach, showering off and extending the day while in the pool. The house has everything one would need or want in a vacation home. Suzanne is such a lovely person and so easy to communicate with.
We have already expressed our desire to return next year.

What a fabulous house!
If you want to have a great vacation, please consider renting one of the homes owned by Suzanne Berkson. I stayed in #60 this summer and it was perfect. The house is very clean, spacious, quiet, private and very comfortable. The sunrise and sunset views are spectacular. The pool has both a shady side and sunny side and it's heated! The roof deck was perfect for early morning yoga and exercise. The main deck was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Perfect for families large and small, young and old. I loved my stay!

Happy and well rested family
We had a great family vacation in this beautiful LBI house. Besides the close walk to the beach for me and my family, the house was very clean and well maintained. Suzanne was very responsive while planning our stay and even responded quickly to a question while we were on our vacation. Loved having a pool at the house and the bay sunsets were a plus!! We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Week!
My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for a week in July of 2023. From the beautiful beach to the view of the bay to the lovely pool, we had everything we could have asked for. We had spacious bedrooms, a large family room with high ceilings and windows to enjoy the views, very large table in the kitchen for us all to enjoy our meals at and a wonderful rooftop deck to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Suzanne is such a joy to work with - so very kind, sweet and accommodating. We already booked for next year - can't wait!

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay! The location is fabulous – we saw some incredible sunsets and the beach was super easy to access. We loved the kitchen (looked like new appliances), reversed living, cleanliness, and the pool. The fact that there are two master suites was perfect for our multigenerational family. The owner was terrific to work with from start to finish. Very friendly, thorough, and responsive. The only sad part is we had to leave! Can’t wait to return next year!
