This property accepts 1 small dog under 40 pounds. (Dogs only, no other animals.) If you have a small, well behaved dog they are welcome here! We no longer accept cats due to some unfortunate and expensive experiences. This is a condo attached to other units.
This unit’s interior was 100% gutted and renovated during the winter of 2018 with new wood floors, new appliances, brand new kitchen and completely brand new bathroom. Bring your own linens or use a linen rental service on the island.
This is an attached condo with only 4 units contained in 1 oceanfront building - all on 1 floor so nobody is above or beneath you. Each corner of the building is a separate condo. Our unit is directly facing the beach and beach access is on the left side of the building (see pictures). There are 2 units facing the beach (ours is one) and 2 units facing the street/bay. The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St).
We often get asked about the configuration of the condo units and the roof decks so here is my attempt to explain (but please call or text me if it’s not clear.) Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘main floor deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that deck. There is a spiral staircase to the roof deck and the staircase is shared by the front two units but once you get upstairs, there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so you have your own space and furniture. The pictures shown represent ONLY your section of the roof deck. Then the 2 units that face the street have a similar set up with a totally separate roof deck and totally separate staircase.
LBI is 18 miles long with pristine beaches. It is rated in the top 20 of best beaches in the USA. Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, tanning, surfing, kayaking, boating, fishing, windsurfing, parasailing, sailing, biking, hiking, walking, mini golfing and shopping. An Indoor all year round indoor pool is located at St. Francis; fabulous restaurants; 1 mile to bird sanctuary; close to golf courses, Atlantic City and Tuckerton Seaport.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and the location can't be beat! It's in a quiet part of LBI and is right on the water - you just need to walk to the upper balcony to see the ocean and to access the beach is just right around the building. It's decorated so cute - high end finishes all around. Skylights in the kitchen and bathroom make it super bright and sunny - but you can also close shades if it's too much. The air conditioner units are excellent at keeping the place cool. It's stocked with lots of kitchen stuff and there is a grill (we didn't use much of that). Parking is very easy and it's reserved for each unit (there are 4 of them in the building). We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation on the water.

My boyfriend and I stayed with our dog at the lovely little gem! It was a perfect three night stay in early Nov. The location was amazing. Whitney was so kind and communication was prompt, courteous and thoughtful. Entry and departing was seamless and the condo itself was just perfect. There were so many little modern touches. The place itself had all comfy furniture and bedding. The lower and upper porch/ deck was amazing. The sunrises and sun sets were spectacular. Thank you Whitney. We will never forget our time in Holgate. It was absolutely perfect!

Our stay was phenomenal; extremely needed. The property Whitney guided me to was superb the lower deck, and then the upper deck was a gift from God. The sun rises in the sunsets no words can describe. The apartment was extremely modern, with everything a person could need. Creature comforts it was a five star across-the-boards.

This LBI property is in the perfect location on the beach in Holgate, a quiet residential part of the island, yet a short car ride away from shopping, restaurants and attractions. We loved having coffee on the roof top deck, watching the sunrise over the ocean. Public beach access is just steps away. The property itself is decorated beautifully and has everything in it that you need for a beach getaway. We had a great time! Would love to return!
