3 decks to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold drink after a day at the beach 2 decks have ocean views. 1 deck off one bedroom to relax after a day at the beach. A fenced in backyard with a covered patio where your children can play. The guarded beach entrance is 25 footsteps from the driveway.
As you enter through the back door with a keyless entery you enter the first family room, which has a couch, TV, this is also where the 1/2 bath is located. The washer and dryer are located on the entry level (1st floor)..
(2nd Floor) you enter the 2nd family room, with TV, a wet bar, beverage cooler, 1 cup coffee maker, fireplace. Double sliders to covered deck with water views.This floor has 4 bedrooms and the main bath with features a tub and shower.
Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds and ceiling fan
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed, ceiling fan, bathroom with a stalled shower, TV, a door to a private deck with 2 chairs and small table.
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and ceiling fan
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds and ceiling fan
3rd (top ) floor which features open space reverse living. Kitchen is fully quipped new applicances, freezer with ice maker, peninsula with seating for 4.
Dining area table and chairs. Leather couch to enjoy the ocean view from inside. Access to part covered part open deck with oceanviews and gas grill.
This floor has 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, ceiling fan, TV, Jack and Jill bath with shower and tub
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, Full bath with stalled shower
BACKYARD has a covered patio with table and chairs and chaise loungers
OUTSIDE SHOWER has both hot and cold water with a changing are and light
8 SEASONAL beach badges are provided for use during your stay
You can enjoy the sunset from the kitchen windows or the bedroom windows or walk just 2 blocks to see sunset.
This property is located on the narrow part of the island, just a short drive to either end of the island.
1 block to catch the LBI shuttle, which runs up and down the entire island.
If you prefer a bay beach there is a guarded bay beach within walking distance.
Friday to Friday rental enjoy a full weekend on LBI.
Due to ongoing mechanical issues, for the safety of our guests, the elevator is non functional.
Garage is not included in rental.
Unfortunately due to guests allergies pets including service are not allowed

Beautiful!!!
This is the first year that our family has rented this beautiful house. We have been coming to LBI for over 40 years and this house was the best so far. The layout of the house was especially accommodating for our family. It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. We are so thankful for the memories that we made this week. So looking forward to next summer!!!

Amazing Time
We had such a great time with our kids and grandkids at this beautiful home! The location can not be beat. It was nice to be able to walk back to the house from the beach in such a short time. The views are amazing from the two decks! Owners responded quickly to any questions we had prior to arrival. We would highly recommend this house.

The Very Best
Our family stayed for a week. This was the second time we rented this house for a family vacation. There were many amenities provided for us.
We had plenty of bedrooms and relaxation areas. The beach was just a
few steps away. We enjoyed the three deck areas for sightseeing and also star-watching. The kitchen was completely furnished for all our needs.
There was ample parking in the driveway for our cars. A super vacation!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The location across from the beach was the best , as well as the convenience of trips to the stores and restaurants. There was also plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax.
