Large covered back patio with seating area and dining area -great for getting out of the sun. Gas grill, private outdoor shower and access to shared washer and dryer. Nelson St kids playground with basketball and pickle ball courts is 4 minute walk from house. New deli and Boardwalk Ice Cream are a 4 minute walk away. Kentford Avenue beach is a guarded beach, no need to walk far for guarded swimming. Quiet area of town with wonderful neighbors and many families. Grab a beverage, and join everyone for an amazing sunset on the bay, a 3 minute walk away. Each morning, join the walkers, joggers and bike riders on West Avenue for a stroll. Please note, there is a low beam in the back hallway, clearance is 6'. This is the first floor unit in a multi-family home. Upper floor (VRLBI rental #1235) is also available for rent out so bring your friends and family nearby, but have your own space!! Must see photos of interior!

We have been vacationing in LBI for a number of years. This condo (which doesn’t really feel like one) is by far the best place we’ve rented! The unit looks great in pics but even better in person. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. The MB bedroom looked straight out of a magazine. Beautiful Master bath as well. The kitchen is AMAZING! Stocked with all the basics to cook up a meal. Our favorite was our own covered private patio to eat meals or just sit back and have a drink. It was decorated beautifully and so quiet and relaxing after a day in the sun. We also realized how nice it is to be on the ground floor. :-). I also liked that it didn’t have carpeting as I suffer from allergies and can get easily set off if the carpets are not maintained. Wonderful neighborhood to walk and bike around. Owners were a pleasure and very accommodating. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!!

Immaculate, newly renovated, wonderfully decorated and quiet! Great location. Beach is only a few houses away even from it's bayside location. Owner has the kitchen well stocked with every item you could possibly need. Great beach gear provided. I can't wait to return in 2019. You will not be disappointed!

326 Kentford Avenue was a slice of heaven!
The location was great, easy access to the beach and the bay. Close to shops, restaraunts and pickle ball. The unit itself was amazing, newly renovated and very clean and welll appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the home had all of the amenities needed for any activity you would like to do or meal you want to cook.
The owners were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating!
Great rental.
